* Free covered parking. One designated parking space is steps from your front door. Other non-designated covered parking spaces are close by.

Other Good Things to Know:
* Grocery stores, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Costco, a Westfield Shopping Mall with Macy's and other major chain stores are in easy driving distances.
* El Paseo is in walking distance - great for high-street shopping, browsing art galleries and boutiques, and people-watching in general - and enjoying a wide range of dining options at its many wonderful restaurants.
* Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and other desert communities are only a short drive away.
* Fast EV charging is convenient and close by - the closest fast (350) charging stations are located in the Target parking lot off Hwy 111 to the west and the next closest (also up to 350) is next to the In-n-Out/CVS/Starbucks at Hwy 111 and Bob Hope Dr.
* And in the good to know category, Amazon deliveries are best scheduled for pickup at Whole Foods - a very short drive away, off Hwy 111 - which also happens to be across the parking lot from the iconic Handels famous ice cream store!
* And yes, there is surfing in the desert! Our son reports that the Palm Springs Surf Club is great.
* We have a notebook in the condo with restaurant and other local information.

    The condo was exactly as advertise with amazing location. A short 5 minute walk to all shops, restaurant on El Paseo.All amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts, Pickleball) are 1 minute from the front door. Host made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend if you want to be in Palm Desert.

    Excellent property with nice patio and lots of light. Great swimming pools and close to El Paseo . Appreciated the filtered water and ice From the refrigerator - kitchen has more then you need for cooking and baking. Nice touches Like air freshener in bathrooms and lots of supplies we would definitely stay here again!

    Lots of space, lots of natural light and lots of fun! Very nice condo with a lovely large, sunny patio, in a quiet location. It provided all the amenities needed to feel like home and to enjoy our visit to the desert. Communication with Tim was excellent. Would highly recommend and can't wait to stay again!

    We had an awesome stay at the Lawler condo. The condominium is well-appointed with quality everywhere. It was so convenient and the host was fantastic. We hope to stay in Tim’s condo again!     Really nice central location - we walked to the Paseo multiple times for shopping and dinner. The kitchen is well stocked. The two bedrooms are comfortable and have plenty of privacy. We made good use of the pools on summery days in February. Tim is a gracious host and very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    We needed a place for overflow family members for Thanksgiving weekend and this place was perfect! Being so close to El Paseo is the highlight, as you can walk to shops, restaurants, coffee, art galleries, etc. The amenities were great and everything went smoothly with check in.

    This property was perfect, 10/10 would stay here again! The condo looks out onto a large grass area in the middle of the complex, so there is a lot of privacy and quiet. The unit is steps away from the multiple pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, and other incredible amenities. The unit layout has more than ample space for cooking, lounging and watching movies, dining in, or enjoying takeout. And an outdoor patio dining table that could seat 4 if you are there in the cooler months. The location is perfect and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and all the shops along the main street in Palm Desert. And you're only a quick drive to Target, grocery stores, etc. Also, there are many EV charging stations closeby if you need one. I particularly enjoyed my morning swims in the beautiful pool, followed by walks to Coffee Bean. This would be perfect for a long weekend or a long-term stay if you are a snowbird!
