Stayed Jun 9, 2025We enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and clean. The pots and pans though are in need of upgrades. A whole new set is needed asap. The storm door needs repairs. I would recommend if these things are addressed.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025This unit was very clean and had a good layout and great view of the water. It was a little worn which was to be expected of a beach condo. Our biggest issue was communication with the property manager. The exit gate was not working and we were sent a text notification of this 45 minutes before they closed. They said you may have to get out of your vehicle and type the code for the entry gate and exit through that. Sounds easy enough. We arrived at the property after the management company closed. Got in the gate, parked and went to leave for dinner and discovered there was not access to the entry keypad from inside the gates. My husband had to scale a concrete wall to get us out. I reported this via text to the mgmt company but the response after 36 hours was sorry for the inconvenience. There was another way to get out, but we had to figure it out for ourselves. As a STR owner, I would not tolerate this lack of research on alternate ways to exit and poor/lack of concern communication with the guest from my property manager.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Great location, easy commute to crab Island/harbor area. By boat or vehicle. Definitely would stay here again if it's available next time.
