Palm Bay Club - Bayfront Large 2/2 Condo - Reasonable Price

Beautiful and very spacious place. Excellent time!

The size of the condo is great! Large for families. And the location is perfect with the beach and the pools so close! And the trolley to go downtown is right outside the property at the Main Street. While the kitchen bathrooms and sheets were clean there was some food spills down the walls near the kitchen and some of the walls are scratched up and it makes it look not so clean because of that. Other than that it was a perfect place for my daughter and her family to stay.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Doug's unit at the Palm Bay Club. The unit was bright, spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and more. After sleeping in every day and having a quick bite to eat, we spent each day soaking in the sun at the beach. The security guards at the complex were nice and respectful while doing their job. Having the 2 bathrooms was great for the 3 of us to get ready quickly. The free Breeze shuttle stop is close and convenient to head either direction for dinner and fun. At night it was great to have the long kitchen table to play cards and games. Doug was very responsive with all of our questions. If I ever go back to Siesta Key, I would definitely book here again.

Great location to the beach and everything else. Quicker to walk to locations then deal with traffic. No issues with check-in, the property or neighbors. Great stay.

This was our third year staying this property as our annual family vacation. The unit is perfect for a family, just the right size and has everything you need. The location is what brings us back. It is a very short walk down to the private beach and short drive to the Village. The owner, Doug is a great guy to rent from. Always easy to get ahold of him and gets things done if something needs fixed. We highly enjoy our stay every year.

The condo was perfect for our family! It was very clean, well stocked, and in a great location with a short walk to the beach.

It was disappointing that the elevator was not working. It was hard to climb to the 3rd floor at our age!

The owner is SO responsive. We feel fortunate to be able to lease this condo.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay, however, there was construction going on all day, long right outside of our unit which forced us to not be able to use the swimming pool or our patio. Wish we would have known ahead of time that there was going to be construction. Also, the unit needs a really good cleaning. Another issue was our TV. They were in the middle of changing over to a different cable company and we couldn’t get any live TV. We had a broken showerhead in the one bathroom and the owner made arrangements to have it fixed very quickly, which was much appreciated.

Condo was perfect. This is our 2nd time at Palm Bay. We will be back next year and stay in the same condo.
