Very cute condo, can see the ocean from the balcony, laundry across the hall, very nice owners, beachfront with access to 2 pools and a hot tub, one free covered parking space.

Loved that the area was secure, steps from the beach, and the host was extremely nice and helpful! Great place to stay!

Overall, our place was immaculate. It had everything we needed, and it was exceptionally comfortable -- a home away from home, except in paradise. The host was VERY accommodating (he answered when we had questions and leave us hanging). Beautiful view of the beach and ocean!!

Location, location location. Right on the most perfect beach in the U.S. Chilly this year, unfortunately, for the first 10 days. Host took the trouble to call, twice. Condo well equipped, though the living room needed a small side table or two for drinks. Bathroom and kitchen drains needed unclogging. TV streaming took endless codes and untangling I wound up using my laptop.

Yes, Yes Owner was an excellent communicator and unit was clean and comfortable .Location directly on the beach was spectacular. Would like to return in hope of warmer weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Siesta Key! The view was stunning and the space was clean comfortable and just the right size for my family. Joe (the host) was extremely responsive and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape.

We had a good time. Bathroom small and need new mattresses but overall nice time.

Perfectly located right on Sista key beach. Private beach access was great!! Traveled down for my girlfriend’s 40th bday for 4 nights. We love this area and vacation down here quite often. The Palm Bay club is amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

Location within the Palm Bay club is excellent - in the beachfront building, with a very nice view to the water (even though not front facing). The unit was very clean and well supplied with all the kitchen necessities. There were also more than enough bath towels and pool/beach towels for just the two of us. Owner Joseph communicated clearly and and well in advance of our stay. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again.

A great place, clean, well stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. Steps from the beach and pool, lots of beach chairs available, tennis and pickle ball courts on the property, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back soon.

This condo was clean and comfortable. The partial view was amazing and the owner, Joe, made sure we knew that he was there for us if we should need anything. Had a great stay- you will,too!

The property was wonderful and steps from the sand. Pools were heated and clean. Room was clean and comfortable and a little dated. My family of 4 fit well. I would stay there again.

This was the first time my husband and I visited Siesta Key and the location for our stay was great. Steps away from the beautiful beach and The Palm Bay property was very clean, private and secure. Both pools on the property were clean, however, they could have been a little cooler so you could get refreshed. It was hot and humid so we understand it is hard to regulate pool temperatures. The condo was perfect for the two of us to enjoy and Joe the host, was easily accessable when we had questions. It was clean and had all of comforts of home! Except a great perk was the view of the Gulf and beach! We would stay there again!

The accommodations were wonderful. Tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect. We absolutely loved the beach. The owners communication exceeded our expectations. Joe was very helpful.

We had 5 days of enjoyment and relaxation. Even the having the recent Hurricane join our stay! But all went great. The Property Management was Awesone. Their presence during and after the storm was prominent. Their concentration on clean-up and having “everything” back to normal was evident. And they definitely succeeded. The Condo was great. Being stuck for 2 days made our stay still enjoyable. Looking forward to planning another stay. Would highly recommend

My only issue is not with the unit itself , but with the elevators . I have stayed at this property two years and each year there have been problems with the same elevator. One elevator working at checkout time is very difficult .
