Palazzo 1708

Beautiful condo and views! It was spacious, everything you need and perfect for our stay. Would definitely rent again!

The condo was immaculate, very inviting and cozy, and had the best view!! Got to see dolphins swim by everyday, and a manta ray! It was so convenient to be able to just take the elevator down to the beach, and it’s only a short distance from all of the things to do downtown. The beach wasn’t too crowded and the water was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my three boys for vacation! If you’re on the fence I highly recommend staying here!!

We could not have enjoyed our recent stay more. The condo was beautiful and comfortable and the location and views were excellent! The check in and check out process was so easy and really appreciated how responsive the property managers were to questions.

Loved this condo!!! Very clean and had amazing views!

Everything was just as the listing said. Extra clean, the whole space smelled amazing the whole week. Beds were comfy and the view is unbelievable. Will stay here again.

Overall a nice condo. For the price, some of the furnishings are worn and need replaced. Dryer and fridge need maintenance. The table on the balcony is too large and dangerously close to balcony, scares me for a small child.

Front Door needs maintenance..will not shut easily

Hard to beat palazzo 1708 Amazing views, and great set up for the family. Palazzo is my favorite condo to stay at because you never have to wait on elevators and there is plenty of parking.

Amazing location, super responsive host, with a million dollar view of the ocean! I cannot wait to book again ☺️

We loved our 3rd stay at the property, however you guys should come in and work on the little things and refresh some rugs and other items to make this feel l. The TVs are not real modern/intuitive to use. The Curtains in the master don't open to see the water (the reason we are here!). The fan in the master is not mounted properly. We called for 3 different maintenance needs while we were there, and a little more proactive management of the small things would go a long way.

Love staying at the Palazzo but 1708 fell short. Not enough wash cloths. Had to request extra. Guest bath only had one light bulb out of three working. One over the vanity and bulb over the shower burned out. Toilet in the master bedroom needs repair. Only one lightbulb working in the master closet. The guest bedroom on the west side gets extremely hot during the day regardless of how cool you set the a/c temp. There is not a remote for the tv in the master bedroom. In the kitchen there were only four forks. There are not enough pots or a frying pan for cooking. We had to go buy a frying pan. I would have loved to give 5 stars but sorry, not this time.
