Ease and convenience

We love this complex and have been enjoying stays for 10 years (different units). This particular unit was in fine shape, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. I won't mention here what I found, but it was disturbing. The management company was defensive when we asked about the garage code - they kept sending the condo door code and then told me it was in our online welcome packet. When I sent them a screenshot of the blank space where the code should have been, they stopped answering my texts.

The host was excellent, the only problem was the tub in the master bath started leaking around the faucet and we never used the tub. I would have liked to seen some prep bowls for preparing meals. Ice machine was frozen so we had to dip ice out. The mini fridge was over frozen with ice so we didn't use it. The area rug in the sitting area was covered in dog or cat hair, had to keep something on our feet. Over all our stay was wonderful.

The condo was amazing! Very clean & location was great!

Floors were dirty. Our feet stayed black the entire time. Mini fridge was gross needed to be cleaned. Beds were hard as a rock. Balcony door was extremely hard to open. A worker knocked on our door and before we could answer it she had already made her way inside. Outlets in guest bedroom didn’t work, had to charge my phone in the bathroom. No hot water in master sink and master tub faucet was completely disgusting. Had trouble with the key code to our room. Paid for early check in and had to call and wait on the phone outside our room to be given the early access code that they never gave me. Got a parking notice because I never received and email about needing to pay the RIDICULOUS 40 parking. No one at front desk. Called twice about parking only to be told they would call me back and never did. Would not recommend nor will I stay again.

View from balcony was great, it was nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The condo could have been cleaner.

We absolutely loved the Palazzo! Super clean and easy to get in and out. We already plan to return next year.

Loved the location and unit we stayed in. Would definitely stay there again. Only had really one complaint and it’s probably nothing big to anyone but me. I asked if we could bring canopies for the beach since I have two collapsible ones and was told no only umbrellas which I had to buy more. But you could do that made me upset but overall experience was great!

Loved staying here. 3 br 3bath is perfect for any family with older kids. Palazzo is perfectly located and beach access is one of best I’ve had. I would def stay here again.

We stayed in this condo last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We booked again because it’s so nice. I sent a text to management asking for a few extra washcloths as there were five of us and only four washcloths. I got no response. It’s not a big deal-but caused me to do a little extra laundry. The coffee maker sometimes overflows. We will stay here again.

Great unit and property. Low density property which gives you plenty of beach room and quick elevators. Our unit was well furnished and very nice. All rooms cooled well (mention this because have stayed at several condos where some of rooms didn't cool well) Parking was much better than I expected after reading couple of reviews. Have a 1/2 ton truck and had no issues. Great location close to plenty of shopping and activities. Winn Dixie was super close big plus for me
