Pacific Shores #B-109 Convenient Location, Walk Everywhere, Close to beach!

We had a great time here. Everything we needed. The beach was a short 5 min walk and other beaches are walkable as well. Right on a main public bus route as well. Beach chairs for the beach and a floatie chair for the pool was great! The condo was a little dated but functional. 2 bedrooms was great and a tv in both bedrooms as well as the living room for down time. Kitchen had most everything you needed. Washer and dryer in the unit was a great addition! Booking was simple and we were able to communicate easily via email.

It was nice to be able to walk with the family to the beach 5 min walk, and also great dining options within 15 min walk.

Great location! The place was very clean

Property is located in a very good beach accessible, restaurants and markets The issue we had was the property was not cleans, had roaches coming in since it was on first floor maybe. Bedrooms are old and very awkward for bed size, floors were dirty and couch was very old. Property management company was the reason I did not give this place 1-Star as they were very good in solving a inflatable side bed situation over the weekend. Kitchen was upgraded and was a plus. I would certainly stay in this area but would check with company first on condition of the unit and avoid first floor !

Easy for those who need first floor, close to food and beach and having a parking spot designated to us was helpful.

Nice unit for the price. Lots of space and amenities provided like beach chairs and towels, a wagon to carry things to the very close beach across the street, coolers, washer dryer, and after 9pm pretty quiet. They should update the pictures to show that construction of the next door hotel has been completed so it was not an issue. The AC wasn’t working but it was quickly remedied. If you need space and are on a budget this place is close to a lot of things.

We came to collect my dad‘s crew and be somewhere close to the beach. This will be perfect location for us to all be together and be close to amenities.

Awesome location, well stocked room. Close to beach and pool, bbq was a life saver for all the diners.! Great staff and overall experience!

Reviewer Comments: The only issue I have with this property, is that the air conditioner is on a timer, so when it gets hot at night you have to wake up and re set the timer. Also the shades cover the air conditioner which cuts down on its efficacy and if you don't cover it, then the light from outside is not closed and I slept on the comfortable pull out, but not being able to shut the outside light is not optimal.

The property was surprisingly great! Felt like we were home. Not sure why some lights weren't working but we think it was a lightbulb. However it was clean, it had everything. The location was amazing just walk across the street and the beach is there.

The condo was just okay... we noticed several things that were not cleaned very well and my wife ended up killing 3 roaches during our stay. We'll be staying elsewhere next time.

The condo was beautiful and definitely fit our needs. Altho there's one thing id like to point out and suggest of getting it fixed. The room closest to the front of the condo across the kitchen, the blinds for the window should be replaced. There is a spot that broken and could see inside our room as people walked by. A guy kept peeping in as my husband and i were asleep. Kinda creepy. Other than that the place was beautiful. Bummer that the pool is closed for rebuilding. . We definitely look forward to renting again in the near future

Not really vrbo type setting Many people live in these units .Not the best crowd for kids around pool. Outdated furnishings, coach roaches, and just not aesthetic for vacation setting. Great location is the plus.
