This charming unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, making it the ideal vacation spot you've been dreaming of! Just a quick 3-minute stroll from the golden sands and crystal-clear waters of the world's most famous beaches, you'll find yourself basking in the sun, swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and relaxing in one of the world's most sought-after destinations.



For your convenience and comfort, this air-conditioned unit (please note that the AC is in the living room only, not in the bedroom) boasts an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full-size appliances, a coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, and cooking utensils.



The bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, a 32 TV, and a ceiling fan, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It can be completely closed off from the living area. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a 50 Smart TV with cable. Step outside onto the spacious balcony with its ocean and city views, complete with a table and 4 chairs, perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening sunsets. To top it all, the full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower!



All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided. You also have easy access to laundry facilities which are located on the 3rd floor.



Stay connected with our complimentary high-speed wireless internet. If you have a car, parking in the building is available for $45 per day (price is subject to change), payable directly to the parking machine at the garage entrance. Please note that the maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6 ft.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: (FRONT DESK)

Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM 

Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM 



Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we’re unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 



HOW TO GET HERE:

From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.



CHECKOUT CLEANING:

The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.



STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.

Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



LINENS & TOWELS:

We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows, and a blanket are inside the closet.



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is

provided in your starter supply kit.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more, and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. The Pacific Monarch is located in world famous Waikiki, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers



Getting Around:

There is a very good bus system on the island, all buses stop in Waikiki.



Parking in the building is available for $30 per day (rates are subject to change), payable directly at the parking machine at the entrance of the parking garage after you drive up the ramp. Please have always your ticket visible in the car as your car might get towed if not.



Other Things to Note:

Please respect the house rules and enjoy your stay in Waikiki!
