Stayed Aug 17, 2022The property is beautiful, and my condo with a wraparound porch was incredible. The views are great. We took our time to take the sunrises and sunsets in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only reason I am not giving this experience a 5-star: There were no beach towels available at the pool area. We were told to bring our own (we had walked all the way from our building, and it was not possible to go back to get towels), or buy them at the store. This is just basic stuff -- where there is a pool and a jacuzzi, you must provide beach towels to your guests.

Stayed Jun 27, 2021Refrigerator was not working when we loaded it but a back up was promptly sent. A bed was broken and it took a day to get it fixed. On the night before checkout an idiot from Texas parked in our space and did not move until the next day so I had to park 1 car in the boonies. Other than those issues the week was great!

Stayed Mar 17, 2021The major issue we had after checking in was no TV service in the main living area of the condo - with 3 kids (ages 5-9) this was a big issue - maintenance responded immediately - but was unable to resolve the issue. We had no service for the next two (2) days (Wed at 4:00 pm - Fri 7:00 pm). Although the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay - I never received a call from the property manager making any apologies for the inconvenience nor an offer of any type adjustment for the TV issue. We use VRBO several times each year for family getaways - whenever there’s been an issue in the past it would be addressed and taken care of. The atmosphere of the Portifino is great - the amendies and local restaurant choices were outstanding
