Unlike other rentals when you never meet the hosts, here we were greeted by lovely humans who showed us around and provided useful tips about the area and the city at large. The apartment is beautiful. It is old and classy, and you need to muscles to climb the two floors.

Allow me to add yet another 5-star review for this property. The apartment is beautiful, everything works very well (the bed is comfy, the wifi is fast, plenty of hot water, etc), and the location cannot be beat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had such an absolutely amazing stay! The location of this property can not be beat! Beautiful neighborhood with countless restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance. We were traveling with two little ones (six and three years old) and there were at least three beautiful playgrounds within walking distance- including a merry go round which my kids loved. We were never ever bored which with two kids is saying a lot! In addition to all the awesome things that are walking distance from the property, there are plenty of awesome things to do that are a short drive or subway ride away. Recoleta was only a 10 minute Cabify ride away so we went back and forth very easily, and downtown Buenos Aires was about 20 minutes in a cab (a little longer if there was bad traffic, but absolutely manageable). We barely scratched the surface of fun things to do in the two weeks we stayed- there’s so much more!The property itself was absolutely beautiful, charming, and perfectly clean and spacious. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. Whenever we had questions or concerns, they were resolved promptly with no issue. HUGE shout out to Damian and Fernando who helped us with all our questions, they could not have been any more kind or considerate - and their kindness honestly made the stay even better! Even before the trip was over, my kids were asking me when are we coming back. And the answer is as soon as possible!

A spacious apartment in a perfect Palermo location with access to everything. Very quiet. You just better like stairs as the second floor is what we know as the third floor!

We loved our stay in this lovely apartment. We were two couples for which there was ample room to separate but also a comfortable living room to celebrate and plan together. The neighborhood was wonderful with restaurants, dessert shops, outdoor markets, etc… The apartment was clean and well furnished . I would recommend without hesitation..

We loved our stay in Palermo. The space was more than large enough for our family. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was great. The Apartment is well decorated. The convenience and safety of the location was also very good. Be prepared as it is really on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps to get to the unit.

Ruben communicates very well and the apartment was very clean and roomy for all 4 of my family. Would definitely stay here again.

Lot’s of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to the subway, which will bring you to a lot of popular site seeing destinations around town.

Property was great. Lots of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The most equipped place that I have stayed! Owners were very responsive and the property managers were extremely helpful. Mostly we walked everywhere as the neighborhood has so much in walkable distance. A note to Americans, when other countries say “second floor”, that is our 3rd floor. A “steak for one” can feed a small country! Should I ever come to BA again, I will plan my trip around the availability of this rental!
