We invite you to experience our spacious 1300-square-foot deluxe 2/2 9th floor unit, which is not too high and not too low. The condo was freshly painted this Winter and there is new Living Room furniture, including a recliner! (Plus the pullout doesn't have a bar under the mattress - it's actually comfortable).

The oversized and spacious balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf of America and connects to the master bedroom and living room. Balcony furnishings include a high-top table and chairs, 1 reclining chaise lounge chair, and 2 cozy lounge chairs.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed and a queen size murphy bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat screen smart TV/cable, and sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. There is a twin rollaway bed in the master closet.

The guest bedroom features a king size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a flat screen TV/cable.

The living room includes a pullout queen size sofa sleeper, a love seat and a super comfortable recliner! Furniture New December 2025. There is also a large flat screen smart TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats 6, plus a bar that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has everything you need.

There is a washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided.
