Clean and cozy good value

I will admit the only problem I had was it had no air conditioning. We only stayed one night because of this. Other than this it was very nice.

My mother and I enjoyed the area. It was homey. We would stay here again.

The property is in a remote area but close to ski resorts & cass scenic train

This place was clean, quiet and just what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

Very quiet and secluded area. Not too many places to eat or to buy groceries as it's off season ( October).

The space is smaller than it appears in the listing. Musty smell as it is a daylight-basement unit. Poorly maintained, e.g. screen door doesn't latch, closet door is off the track, coffee maker is broken, etc. Be aware that this unit is cheap for a reason, you will get what you pay for.

Besides these few things that gave the impression of a lack of care, it wasn’t bad. 1) There was a full size dehumidifier sitting on the bathroom sink with a full size garden hose obscuring 1/2 the sink for drainage. How many people spit on that hose that you are now trying to rinse your tooth brush around? 2) The heat shield clearly visible behind the couch was just scrap home foam insulation. It looked like it was taken from a construction site and tossed back there. 3) the closet door fell off its track as soon as you try to open it. 4) Random other odd things that looked like they were just thrown in for some unknown reason. 5) Musty smell when we first went in. Owners response was “If you were expecting the Ritz having paid $71.50 a night, I don't know what I can do to help you with that.”

Very quiet place

I had a question before our visit and the host replied very quickly! I liked that the property was reasonable, pet friendly, and not far from Cass, where we went for a train ride. I would definitely stay at this location again if I came back to the area.

Small, dated property, but had most of what we needed. One side of the mattress sagged. No nearby restaurants or grocery stores made it painful to discover that there was no coffee or other accoutrement to go wit the Keurig coffeemaker. Well soundproofed & thoughtful nightlight in bath.

It was really hard to tell which building we were in and some guy’s dog ran in front of my car when I pulled in and was barking aggressively.

We went off season and it was nice and quite. Just what we were looking for. We had a great chat with Billy who owns a unit there. The only potential negative is it advertises a hot tub and we had an access code but there was a padlock on the door.

This place was cozy and relaxing- just what we were looking for! It was close to a dollar general and a cute coffee shop.

It was an excellent stay, and it was so nice to get to bring our dogs! We loved it!

The property suited our purpose. We were disappointed that the screen door did not close, because our dogs weren't able to see outside when we were there, and the view from the front was not that inviting.

Really cute place with the perfect amount of space for two people. Love the theme of the decor. We were happy to be there.
