Outstanding Views, Luxurious Corner Condo

Incredible!!!! Look no further- this place is stunning from the full condo to the entire building, everything was clean and the amenities were impressive. Wonderful hosts with consistent and efficient communication. We loved every moment spent here and know you will also. Check in was seamless and the view!!!! Oh My!!!! Don't wait - book it!!!!

Stayed here with a mix of adults and kids. Kids loved the many pools, adults loved the space and well stocked kitchen. everyone loved the incredible view and lovely beach. Thanks to Frank and his daughter who were very responsive and helpful before and during our visit!

My family of six and my mom stayed here this week. Everything was great. My mom recently had a total knee replacement, she was able to get to and from the room with relative ease. The parking, beach, pools, and shipping were all easy walks for her.

Condo was roomy and layout great. Dryer did not work. Furniture in living room needs updated. Owners very cooperative!!

This was our first visit to PCB. This particular unit was perfect for our family. It is spacious and nicely decorated. Pleased that we had very little “wait time” with elevator/ 15th floor. We loved the corner unit and view. With a 6 year old and 12 year old - they were happy with the pool options. It was so nice to have a short walk to beach too. Kids found lots of shells. Enjoyed going to Pier Park twice; Big Chill on 30A, Old Florida Fish House on 30A, Shell Island/snorkel excursion

Everything about our stay at Splash 1501 East was amazing. Check in was quick and easy. Once we stepped into the condo we knew it was going to be a great trip. The condo was very clean and furnished well. It had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo and hope to stay there again very soon.

The splash resort was awesome! The beach was beautiful. We could see sharks manatees and dolphin from our balcony. Our room was clean and had the best owners! Highly recommend! Even loved the little food places inside the resort.

This condo is perfect from the front door to the balcony view. Ideal for grandparents, children, and grandchildren. The 2nd master is basically a studio suite in itself which is nice. There is a flaw in the huge bathtub in that suite which first appeared to be dirt, but once I tried to clean it I realized it's indentations. Second master suite is impeccable with access to the giant balcony. The 3rd room was amazing as well. All rooms have balconies. The kitchen was fully stocked. They even had 2 different vacuums to use during our stay which is priceless since I love to walk barefoot. There are beach toys and chairs for use. For my accounting friends. There is a parking pass fee that is for 2 cars which is really cheap. The damage deposit I was made aware of, but it wasnt charged till AFTER check out which startled me. I was expecting it at check in, but it was fully refunded so don't worry about that. There is also a fee charged for using a credit card to pay, but I dont think this site gives other options. I'd book directly with the super nice owners if you can.

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. The owner checked on us and offered to help in any way. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, puzzles, all necessary kitchen items, cleaning supplies, the a/c worked amazing in all areas. An absolute gem!
