Wilson, Wyoming
House Cleaners are in short supply. Prior to accepting your Reservation I'll need to confirm the cleaning.
-->2022 Spring, Summer, Fall guests: The Moose-Wilson paving and infrastructure project will begin in 2022. The road from Granite Canyon to the Rockefeller Preserve will only be open weekends from Friday 7:00pm-Monday 7:00am Memorial Day 2022 to Labor Day and closed entirely in the spring and fall. This is the best information that I have. If you want to do your own research, the National Park Service Grand Teton is a good place to start.
-Due to the 'work from home' trend we have upgraded to Charter Spectrum Ultra internet plan. They claim a download speed of 400mb/s.

In an effort to separate spam requests from legitimate ones, please provide a note about yourself, your party and trip to JH.

About the condo...
Some Positives: Upstairs unit, Snowberry Building in the Aspens. Best view's in the Berry Patch. Because of the occasional heat wave we have added air conditioning in the loft, a full screen door in the entryway and thermal blinds. Remodeled bathroom in 2016. New kitchen granite and appliances in 2018. Well equipped kitchen (coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, slow cooker, popcorn popper, blender, kitchen-aid mixer, bbq, air fryer). Large sectional queen sleeper sofa. 50” TV with apple TV, internet and Sonos sound bar. Relax to Fish Creek babbling. Pretty close to town, Jackson Hole Mountain resort and entrance to Grand Teton National Park. Firewood included during the cooler months, but not kindling. Individualized front door keypad code. Electricity is 100% wind generated.
Some Negatives: There is no cable television. Not an end unit. 1 Flight of stairs. No trailers or RVs allowed by the HOA. If you want to use the public bus system it is about a 15 minute walk from the condo to the bus stop. We cannot access Fish Creek behind the condo as it is on private land.
Damage Deposit and/or Insurance...
If you prefer, we are open to the purchase of Rental Damage Insurance offered through VRBO instead of doing the $400 refundable Damage Deposit (If necessary, collection is done through VRBO after check out). If you do not live in the United States we require you purchase the Rental Damage insurance.
Rental Agreement: The Rental Agreement that is available on VRBO is general in nature. We will send you a Rental Agreement specific to your stay. It will be sent to your personal email via DocuSign. We will need your home address.
Making It All Work: We have found that renting our condo successfully requires a lot of cooperation between us and the guest. We ask for a relatively small $400 Refundable Damage Deposit because we have faith the guest will take care of our place. If there is damage, stolen items or significant cleaning that needs to be done, $400 won't go far. There are times we are booked solid, usually with guests checking out and checking in on the same day. If there is extensive damage or cleaning it will negatively impact the next guest(s). So far we have had very considerate guests and we greatly appreciate that.
For our part we want you to have a good experience in JH. 1. We hope to offer a fair price. Everything in JH is expensive including mortgages and expenses (electricity is actually very reasonable). So, we try to balance both our financial needs and the needs of the guest. 2. We work very hard to communicate well with every guest. 3. We want to exceed your expectations. It is better for all of us if you are pleasantly surprised rather than slightly disappointed.
We are open to receiving Bitcoin as a form of payment.
We have not listed all the activities that are available in the Jackson Hole area. If you are looking for mountain fun, good chance the Tetons have it.
Drive Times as per Google Maps:
Grand Teton National Park(seasonal access) = 6 miles/10 minutes
Jackson = 8.5 miles/15 minutes
Jackson Hole Airport = 18 miles/30 minutes
Yellowstone National Park = 80 miles/1.5-2 hours
If you would like to estimate distances and times to you activities Google: The Aspens, Wilson and a map will come up(VRBO will not allow us to display our physical address).
The Aspens is primarily a residential development. There some long and short term rentals. If you are looking to party there are better areas of Jackson Hole to do so. One of the reasons people stay in the Berry Patch of the Aspens is for the peacefulness.
We LOVE Travis's place!! He provides everything you could need and more. The place is super comfortable and designed with quality materials. He is very communicative and provides all the info you need upfront. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so!
Stayed at this property in late Sept '22 and could not have been more pleased. As all the other reviews state, the location, comfort, amenities, and communication with property owner were all top notch. Beautiful view off the patio. 10 minutes outside of Jackson, so it's a great option if you don't want to fight the touristy crowd and lack of parking in town. Highly recommend this place.
My husband and I loved staying at this property. We saw lots of wildlife from the back balcony and could hear the water from the stream. They have everything you need for cooking and it was great to have a washer/dryer. The sofa was comfy to relax on and watch TV. I would stay at this property again.
What a beautiful place, and the view is stunning! I've stayed in The Aspens many times but it was my first time in Travis' space. Everything was just perfect and the added touches and amenities were much appreciated. My one regret is that I booked last minute and could only stay there for half of my trip. Thank you for everything!!
Nice property, comfy
Very good experience
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Travis, the owner, was very responsive. The condo is very convenient to Teton Village and the Moose-Wilson entrance to Grand Teton Park, which was open on weekends during our stay. The condo was well equipped with 2 beds, kitchen with standard appliances, washer and dryer, and nice bathroom. The thing we liked most about it was its location. The condo backs to a beautiful view with a peaceful stream. It’s very quiet, and we even saw moose grazing just outside. This condo may not be for those who want to be in the heart of Jackson’s shops and restaurants, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway a short drive from town, I’d highly recommend it.
We loved every aspect of the Berry Condo! It was close to all the activities, had an AMAZING view out the back deck, all the kitchen amenities were there and everything was very comfortable! The deep soaking tub was very much appreciated after our hikes! We even saw a little fox one night when we got home!! Thank you for making our vacation complete!
Location incredible and spacious, clean place. Moose out off back deck yesterday. You won’t regret staying here.
Our family of four (two kids ages 11 and 14) had a wonderful stay in this condo. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The views from the deck were stunning - pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was equipped to cook anything, and we also enjoyed Calico, Nora’s Fish Creek, and Persephone bakery nearby in Wilson. This condo is very convenient to Teton Village and the National Park (though Moose Wilson road, which leads directly into the park is closed on weekdays this summer). Traffic in and out of Jackson is very heavy from around 3:00-6:00 pm so plan accordingly. I’ve rented from Vrbo for years and this was one of my family’s favorite stays!
The condo was in a great location with absolutely beautiful views! It was spacious enough for all of us, with a nicely remodeled kitchen and bath. Don't hesitate to book this place - you will not be disappointed!
Good accomdations, slept 3 well. Saw elk and a bald eagle from the deck. Wish we could have had access to the stream to fish...
This condo was perfect for what we needed!! The views were spectacular, place was really clean, great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be renting again!
We were very pleased with this property! Everything was exactly as we expected from the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and the views from the back deck were beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to cook and eat at the condo. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the window bed was a great place for lounging and watching wildlife. We would love to stay here again!
After staying for a week, I'm not sure there any part of Jackson that is unattractive. That said, this condo provided quite the serene setting fitting to the area. We saw elk, antelope, deer, and a fox near the condo. The condo itself was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, and bedrooms. It was clean and everyone had plenty of space to themselves. The communication with the owner was great. This has probably been my favorite vacation rentals ever.
The condo was exactly as described, we were comfortable immediately. Everything you could possibly need. The spice collection was huge if you plan on cooking. Right from the deck we viewed elk, moose, antelope, mule deer, sand hill cranes, song birds and ducks. It was our first time renting and it couldn’t have been better.
We stayed for two weeks in this condo, and it was very nice, and very well provisioned. The hosts had provided everything we needed and more. The location is excellent for exploring Jackson, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone (fortunately we went the week before the flooding). Also, the view from the back deck, with a creek and lots of birds, deer and elk, plus the Tetons, was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.
We’ve come back and will come back again! A great place for young families and the best wildlife viewing for littles to enjoy from the comfort of your base camp.
The condo was just perfect for the 2 of us. The condo could have slept 4 comfortably. Very nice tub/shower. LOTS of spices to choose from. Bear spray is available to use for hiking trips. (A Great saving) Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows! The Best part is the wildlife outside of the back deck. We saw deer and Elk. There is a stream that runs past the backyard and the sound is incredibly soothing. There is also a washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided. We would most definitely recommend this unit and the owner was always responsive. Thank you for sharing your condo!
