Beautiful location right on the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. The view from the balcony was perfection. Nothing better than having a morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves crash. Property was very secure and clean. It really felt like home. Host was very communicative and accommodating. We will be back.

Wonderful property! Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. The table is big enough to fit a family of six comfortably (plus three barstools). Everything is new and in great shape. In the kitchen, everything a family needs for a week (except a teapot - we bring our own!). Extra beach chairs in the closet by the door if you didn't bring enough. Ed and Carolyn are great hosts. Look forward to staying again next year!

The condo was fantastic. Check-in was very easy. The location, views, and amenities were great. We really appreciated the recommendations and instructions sent to us by Ed.

Great condo, great location near and clean. Only thing to suggest is a change in the stationary shower to hand held/hanging shower set up, as my daughter is almost 6’tall and I am 5’7, it’s a bit u comfortable to get under a lower shower. Everything else about the condo was GREAT!!! Thank you Ed & Carole for putting your place out there as an option to stay.

Great location! Unit is very clean and well stocked. The host is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit.

Beside the interior of the condo, which was great, being on the beach to see and hear the waves was wonderful.

Great oceanfront condo with amazing sunrises every day! It had everything we needed and I found working with the property owner easy and informative. We will return here for sure!!

403 Seagate was exactly as promised. From the fresh scent upon entering to the pretty furnishings and gorgeous view, we couldn't have felt more welcome and comfortable. Great parking, location and conveniences from luggage carts, speedy elevators to keyless entry/exit. Washer and dryer was nice to have too. Give this place a try. Thank you Ed and Carole!

Very conveniently located nice condo. Truly like a nice hotel, plus! Plenty of lighting options and fans in the bedroom and living area. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and an amazing view, right in the ocean!! Thanks for the great weekend!!!!

The view was fantastic. The condo was very nice except it could have been a bit cleaner. There were no handrails in the shower. Overall it was quite nice to be away. I still miss sitting on the balcony and watching the waves.

Great location - beach access, Candy Kitchen, Fractured Prune, putt putt, Higgins crabs. The condo was clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We had to stop at Ross on the way to buy queen sheets. Would like to see sheets and towels included and a few more kitchen essentials.

Perfect location, incredible views, extremely clean and comfortable unit! Building and owners wonderful. Looking forward to booking a future stay. Never moved our vehicle the entire time.

Everything went well and the location was really great. Only thing is the news of the sheets and towels not being included until the end of a long message was missed by me, but luckily we go to the store right before close.
