Outstanding Gulf Front Condo with Amazing and Relaxing Gulf Views!

My family and i loved this cute little condo! Perfect size for our girls trip. Beach was beautiful, sand was nice and soft. Very peaceful. Everything was perfect. Well stocked.

The beach view was stunning. It was very quiet. We had an issue with a smoke detector beeping all night but it was quickly take care of the next morning. I am short and hav an arthritic knee. I had difficulty getting in the bed because it was high. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as expected with two exceptions: the master bathroom did not have a traditional shower - it was a tub with a shower wand which you had to sit to use, and the description should have indicated there was a pulley necessary to lift heavy luggage up to second floor because of very narrow staircase. Had these two things been disclosed accurately I would have likely not rented this unit.

Air conditioner does not maintain a cool temp!! It ran 24/7 never got cool. Couldn’t hear tv in living room because of air running 24/7Definitely needs new living room furniture!! Uncomfortable n not enough seating for more than 3 people!!! We used beach chairs for extra seating?!?!?Adults only! Those stairs are horrible!!!Do not take children under 6/7 years if they need to stay upstairs!! It’s terrifying. Upstairs would be better set up with 2 queen beds or at least add a trundle bed. The sleeper sofa in living room DOES NOT WORK for any family!!!!!!! Kitchen is terribly stocked.Absolutely no stock of kitchen items!!! No foil, Saran wrap, spice, salt n pepper!!! Absolutely Nothing n very very limited kitchen utensils n dishes. Thank goodness I had taken plenty of paper n plastic disposable items!!! Bathrooms were updated n nice. That’s about the only good part of this condo. The pool is ok, small but needed cleaning.NO BOARD WALK to the beach either! You have to check out by 10 am, but can’t check in till 5:00 pm?? It’s tiny n you have to leave it clean! No reason, absolutely no reason for it not to be ready AT THE LATEST BY 2:00 pm It should take 1hour to clean that tiny condo. Will never stay there again. Sorry, I’m so negative. This is not my personality, but this place was so disappointing!!

Blues with BFF! Everything about this property was perfection, from the beginning to the end. I love Paradise Beach homes they are the best of the best and this property was equally one of my favorites! Best staycation for a couple of Blue Angel, Pensacola Beach loving locals

We love Pennsacola Beach and have been coming for years. We have also stayed at this condo complex multiple times but never this specific condo. The master bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The condo was clean upon arriving. The view from the deck is amaizing! The upstairs was very spacious and worked perfect for my older children. I would not have been comfortable having younger children stay up there due to the steep spiral staircase and steps being narrow. The living room kitchen is very outdated and worn. The couch was extremely worn and almost looked dirty/stained. The same with the chair. I brought extra sheets from home and draped them over the furniture. I was disappointed in that especially for the price that was paid which is similar to other condos in the complex that are much more updated. Lastly, the front gates no longer close and people not staying at the condo are parking in the lot and accessing the beach from the condos private beach access. This made the beach in front of the condo much more crowded. We had a great time on vacation, just a couple improvements would have made the stay better.

Stayed four nights. Perfect for our family and great views and access to local beaches and restaurants. Willl definitely be back! Thank you!

Property was clean and peaceful. The property management was very kind and helpful and allowed us to check in way earlier which was a huge relief with the threat of bad storms coming in. We would definitely rent this condo for anither stay in the future

The place was pretty clean (except for some dust under and behind beds, etc. but I let them know and they were on it) and well stocked (there wasn’t a cutting board but upon request a new one was delivered asap). I would for sure stay here again. The kids loved the upstairs area. I loved that we had a covered dedicated spot and could store our sandy gear down in the parking garage. I also loved how quiet it was- no one above us and the breezeway had zero traffic. The air worked great, plenty of hot water, refrigerator made great ice. The building is obviously older but some of the wear and tear didn’t bother us, ie the dishwasher had to be closed just so to latch. We cautioned our kids to stay away from the upstairs banister because it did not seem sturdy but it’s so big up there it wasn’t a problem. Only other small complaint is the master bed made noise with every small toss and turn but it wasn’t uncomfortable, just noisy. One recommendation would be more hooks in the bathrooms for all of the wet towels and swim suits. Plenty of storage and everything we needed. I also loved that the porch is covered so that you can sit out and have shade. I do like renting with Paradise Beach homes because you get to communicate with real people just down the road. We hardly left but there is a great bike/walking trail and you can get to a convenience store and restaurant or two within a short walk.
