Work will be intermittent throughout the season, and unfortunately, the Town of Jackson has not been able to provide an exact timeline. Summer 2026 rates have already been adjusted to reflect the potential impact. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and appreciate your understanding.

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties.     Perfect location for a ski trip! It is a basement walk out location, that detail could have been clearer in the posting. Worked out nicely though in the summer as it stayed cool. The footsteps on the floor above are very noticeable. The full kitchen had all needed amenities. It’s located in a cute neighborhood and very easy to walk pretty much anywhere in town. Rodeo is right down the street.

    Great property, clean well stocked and great location we even had a deer eating the berries off the bush in the front yard. Property mgmt company was great and easy to work with.

    Its a very nice property with everything you need. Very close to downtown Jackson and the park. The host reply immediately to phone calls and text. They made pur stay great

    If you enjoy being woken up no later than 7:30 every day by construction and stomping from the unit above, then this is the place for you. I did not realize there would be a unit above us when booking, and you could hear every step they took, including a screaming toddler at all hours of the day. There was construction right outside our window for a good portion of our stay, no bakeware or spatulas for cooking, and we had to run through the sprinklers every morning when we left. When we tried to have a chill night in to watch tv, the family above us were stomping and running for so long that I asked the property owners to ask them to stop, and essentially all I got back was that it wasn’t quiet hours (10pm-6am). The unit was clean upon arrival, but that’s about the only good thing we have to say. We were quite disappointed. Find some place that doesn’t have a unit above you if you wish to have a peaceful vacation.
