The Tensleep in Alpine Village unit was dirty with worn out dirty shag carpet and a broken toilet seat and a very small water heater big enough for two very short showers (sleeps 6 guests). I had asked for early check in as I told them I was coming in at noon and I knew the unit was empty - they said they would look into it but never got back to me. After leaving two voice messages, and I had to wait until precisely 4 pm for the code to work on our unit. When I texted about the lack of hot water (they don't answer calls and you can guess why) they texted us to stagger our showers and deal with it. But wait - there's more! The next day they send maintenance crew over to replace the stairs to our basement unit (Loud and Noisy!) LEAVING US NO WAY TO EXIT or enter our condo once the stairs were removed! Again I called and texted about the removal of the stairs but got no reply - no apologies, no partial refund, nothing. A really bad stay. I hope that one day my family will laugh about this but right now I'm just longing for the day when businesses actually cared about customers. SO BEWARE and STAY AWAY from OUTPOST RENTALS - once they have your money, you're toast.

The area was nice and the condo was good for what I was doing. I would have liked an outdoor seating area.

The property was a great price and easy to get to. I think they to do a little updating, such as paint and new chair in the living room. Overall it was a great find.

I liked the location but disappointed with the size of the bedrooms, no dressers. the noise from the unit above, the lack of a washer/dryer in the unit.

Nice place to stay while visiting the Tetons. Great location. Only issue was water heater. You never knew how long you might have hot water for. Even getting up early in the AM resulted in a cold show after 2 minutes. Otherwise, nice.

Good place to crash for the night after hiking in the Tetons, but nothing particularly outstanding about the rooms or furnishings. We got what we needed and paid for.

Unit was in a great location and it was very clean. No smells which was important to one of us staying, who has severe reactions to odors.

Despite booking months ago, we were informed moments before check-in that our unit was being painted and that the workers were on prem. We were offered a cancellation if we could find alternative arrangements. We were in for a marathon weekend and it was already after 6pm so this was a ridiculous offer. The property claimed not to know about the maintenance which we found hard to believe. Upon arrival, we could not readily navigate the stairs due to the tarps and equipment, and workers. There was a strong paint smell within the unit that lasted for the duration of our stay. While management said they would compensate us for our inconvenience, and I have followed up as we have now checked out, I have yet to hear back. The space was fine other than an unacceptable way of handling what was clearly scheduled maintanance. Highly unprofessional and very unpleasant.

This really should be just for four adults. The second bedroom is so tight having an extra bed in it that there is absolutely no place to put your luggage. All our luggage had to stay out in the living room. Also, the sofa that is pictured is not the same sofa. The one in the property was a suede, and because one of my children has sensory issues, We were unable to sit on it.

Everyone we communicated with was excellent and responsive. They provided all the pots and pans we needed. The hot water for showers ran out way too quick. Also the thermostats required some fanangling to find a decent temperature. Would probably look elsewhere if the water issue doesn’t get fixed.

Overall we had a nice stay at this condo. The kitchen floor wasn't super clean and they offered to send a cleaning crew but I declined and just cleaned myself. The disposal was also not working and there was no metal food catcher so we reached out and they sent someone same day to fix it while we were out and about. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. A little outdated in the kitchen but also slightly cheaper because of it. Also, the couch is now blue instead of red ha ha.

The unit is fine for a family or small group that just needs a place to stay and will mostly be out. The kitchen is only very modestly equipped for cooking. The biggest issue is noise. This is a basement level unit, and a lot of sound travels through the ceiling from the unit above. The folks upstairs got up very early, and stayed up late, and made a lot of noise stomping around and moving furniture, etc. so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
