Upon our arrival, we noticed quite a few cosmetic issues that needed addressing....the broken shower curtain (they finally brought an new one the next day), the broken tiles in the kitchen, the heater vents needed cleaning BADLY, the stains on the carpet, the broken base board of the master bed - it was SOOOOO uncomfortable and badly bowed in the middle. We've stayed in another unit at this location before and it was much more updated than this one. This particular unit would be great with some definite updates. Won't stay here again.

I really hate to leave a bad review on this place. I’ll start with the positives - location location location! We came here in the summer, but I’ve skied at Jackson Hole and this is a great spot to be for the winter for sure! There’s even a lift I saw if you walk up the road just a little ways. The view from the back patio was beautiful too - we even saw some moose from there. I feel like Outpost does well - they have all the things you would need in this place - tons of towels, blankets, fans (which are 100% necessary in the summer), coffee and donut holes, tons of shampoo, conditioner, lotion - all the things. However, the things that made this place unenjoyable simply did not outweigh the bad. First and foremost was how dirty the carpet was. Yes, it’s old and has stains all over it, which is not in any of the photos, but that’s not even the bad part. We had our 9 month old with us and within 10 minutes of her crawling around her knees, shins and feet were completely black. I really wish I was over exaggerating. Maybe you’d never know it was that dirty unless you were crawling around on it - but it was filthy. This kid has crawled in tons of rentals, hotels, even concrete and this has never happened! It’s hard to believe it’s even vacuumed. The other gigantic downfall is the bed. I think it’s a queen - whatever it was it was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in hands down, and I spent my 20’s in hostels all over the world haha. Super sunken in in the middle - my husband and I slept on it and he outweighs me by about 80 pounds and I felt like my side was at a complete slant. It was terrible - couldn’t sleep. That room is also way hotter than the other room or even the rest of the condo for some weird reason. Yes windows were open at night and fans on. It was pretty miserable. The bed was just so bad I can’t give this place a good rating - I’m honestly not picky about beds, this was just that bad. The third thing that was a bummer was the dryer. It took 4 cycles of drying, about 40 minutes each, to semi dry our very light and small load of summer clothes. Not a huge deal to us since it was summer - we ended up hang drying them - but if I was here in winter that would have been a huge deal! They did respond very quickly when I contacted them about it but we didn’t want maintenance coming at 7pm. There’s also no toaster, only one car allowed to park, and if you’re one of those super picky people that care about modern decor don’t stay here.

We had such a great time in Teton Village. This condo was the perfect jumping off point for adventures in Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks as well as the ski village. We had fun trying different restaurants in Jackson. Overall, everything was as we had hoped and expected. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a very nice stay at Nez Perce B3. The location was very convenient to Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone, and the town of Jackson. The place was well stocked with all of the necessities including a few extras. The only negative was the bed. This normally wouldn't be a big deal but sleeping in a bed that is extremely uncomfortable for a week is not fun. We kept rolling into the center and even tried sleeping in the opposite direction with no relief.

We enjoyed our stay at Nez Perce although we didn't spend too much time in the condo! The condo could definitely use some updates but I was so thankful for how well stocked the place was, how Outpost supplied in excess all that we would need from toilet paper to towels to box fans to coffee to washing liquids to extra sheets and blankets. Those small things make a BIG difference! Thanks for your accommodation!
