Stayed Dec 23, 2022Stayed at this place for a week over Christmas and it was a great condo! Great views, top floor, and very spacious. Be prepared for the parrots who sleep in the surrounding trees to get you up bright and early along with the roosters (it is Kaui after all)! Never needed an alarm to wake us up which was great. ;)

Stayed Nov 26, 2022This condo at The Lawai Resort was everything we were hoping for. It was an end-unit on the top floor in the Alii Building, which means it faces directly out to the ocean. Most important to us is having enough COMFORTABLE furniture for everyone, and the large lanai with the chaise lounges and dining table was perfect. The kitchen is small, but well-appointed with a lot of dishes, glasses, a rice-cooker (!), and Tupperware. The unit was clean, with plenty of bath and beach towels. The snorkeling at Lawai Beach is very good, watching sunsets every night so fun, and the Surf's Up smoothie and chili dog at the Riptide stand is yummy. I would highly recommend 1414 and hope to stay again some day! Mahalo!
