You simply can't get any closer to the Eagle chair lift. Our condo is on the same deck that Jacks Bar and grill is on and just steps away from the other restaurants. If you choose the grab and go option for dining we are just around the corner. There is no need to eat out in the cold. For those of you who plan to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, bakeware, a blender, a toaster, Instant pot and a crockpot.

Stayed Dec 18, 2025Diane is a great host - really responsive and takes great care in guest experience. Condo has everything you need and location can't be near. I personally wouldn't try to squeeze in there with more than 2 people in ski season, but you can do it if you pack light. Your winter stuff will probably be in your way but worth it for everything else the place has to offer.

Easy walk to the main lifts and shops at Copper Mountain, and a great home base to go to Breckenridge, Steamboat, Vail, Aspen, and Beaver Creek. Especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi, and the underground parking. Perfect unit for 2. Would definitely stay again when visiting Copper Mountain!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025So close to lifts! Loved looking out over center village and the ski hill. The kitchen was well-appointed and the condo was clean and comfortable. Very quick response from owner with all questions! Loved heated underground parking, spacious hot tub was great, and Murphy bed was comfortable.

This condo was perfect for me and my son and was just a few steps away from the American Eagle lift and most of the Center Village restaurants and shops. The condo had everything we needed, including underground parking for one vehicle. The property owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with during the process. Would definitely rent again.

Walk out your condo door, grab your skis (& your daughter's board) from the heated ski locker room, then its a 60-second walk to the Gondola.We have stayed in this building before because of its proximity to the American Eagle. This was our first time in this unit. The condo was definitely retro, but the price reflected the unique charm. No problem whatsoever with communication or access. We will book this again!
