Stayed Sep 12, 2024We have stayed here twice already. We stay for Bike Week and this location is far enoughaway from the noise, but close enough to get to all the action! Two small things that would be helpful. A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom and a cbaking sheet for the kitchen.

Stayed Jul 31, 2023This condo appears to have been updated very recently. It is modern, clean, and well stocked. The screened-in balcony is very peaceful and spacious. The walk to the beach is just a few blocks away. Very central to Fenwick, Bethany and Southern OC. The complex has a great pool. Put this one at the top of the list.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Clean and modern.The rental agent answered all our texts when we had questions quickly. the steps to the third floor were a lot but doable. Pool and location good. Had cool sunset views and could watch birds and other wildlife from the screened porch. Good bonding time. A list of recommended restaurants and things to do would help a bit.

Stayed Jul 4, 2022A 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo was immaculate, modern, with all of the amenities. Pool (visible from front door) is gorgeous, well kept and had a life guard. Sunsets off the enclosed back porch are to die for. Instructions provided were complete and accurate. Property management was friendly and responsive.
