Stayed Jul 2, 2025The property was in a great location to start off. Was very clean and very quite at night where 3 month old granddaughter slept through the night. Easy access to the beach to be able to watch the fireworks on the 4th. Was such a beautiful place.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean and perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. With just steps to the beach, which had beautiful white sand, we were able to enjoy ourselves and make memories that will last a lifetime!! Also, the management company are very quick to respond and easy to get a hold of, when needed!! If you’re bringing your children, we highly recommend visiting the Pier, which is a short drive from the Villa but has rides, food and great views. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had cobwebs in the master bedroom. Smelled awful. The Guest tv does not work (I saw another review of this months ago, so I guess they are not going to fix that). They have signs everywhere of a fee for using something. The beds are HARD. We checked out on March 17th. It’s now April 1st and we still haven’t received our deposit back. I had to message on the 26th about it and they then sent me a reference number for the refund. I can’t help but wonder if I didn’t reach out would I have gotten it back? But like I said, it hasn’t hit our account yet. It was a great location, but will not be staying again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Clean and adorable condo. Very close to the beach with nice amenities. Pool needed some work, but overall it was well kept. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was inconvenient and the HOA/property manager was kind of rude to us while using the pool. They are very strict about the wristbands - it was our last day and the wristbands had fallen off (as they should after an entire week of fun).

Stayed Jun 23, 2023It was a good stay everything was good just had a tv that didn’t work in the guest bedroom and the shower water pressure was very low in the master bathroom.
