You want close, you got it! Walking from our condo Davis Wade Stadium, the Hump and Dudy is eight tenths or a mile; 1.1 mile to Nusz Park, and track/field. Less than 2 minutes to be on campus!. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms with ensuites, a king sofa bed with a half bath in the hallway, and free wifi perfect for a six-person stay. Our kitchen is stocked with all kitchen needs, a Keurig/coffee maker, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a grill and outside seating. Two

Stayed Jun 5, 2024The apartment was perfect for our needs. The description on VRBO completely matched what we found. The bedrooms were comfortable as were the living areas. We were not there long enough to use the kitchen, but everything was clean and modern. Sometimes a pull out sofa bed is not too clean in a rental, but this one was spotless.
