Stayed May 12, 2025We have stayed at this resort multiple times. This was our first time staying in this particular room. Other than struggling with the broken blinds over the patio door in the master room, everything was in order and clean and pleasant. A room darkening covering (like in the living room) over the large patio window and door in the master would have veen nice.

Stayed Apr 27, 2025We booked 3 days, my wife, 6 month old daughter, and I bc we wanted to bring my little girl in lazy River. Monday they tested fire alarms all day long with ear piercing alarms going off. We kept having to run my baby outside on the balcony and couldn’t even use our condo. Also on Monday, Tues and Wednesday they decide to trim palm trees and close the lazy river during the day bc they dropped the cut palms in water and let them float around the lazy river instead of throwing them to the side. The entire hot tube was used as a storage basin for cut palms, dirt, and debris. This trip was a huge waste of money for my family as we couldn’t even use what we paid for. Very disappointed they did this in the spring when traffic is heavy at this place and not the winter months. Wasted 1500 and will prob choose a different establishment next time.
