Nice place. I would highly recommend upgrading Furniture in living area. There is not one good piece of furniture in that area to sit on. There is also no smart TVs.

This condo was much larger in person and it was laid out perfectly! The view from inside and from the balcony was amazing! Fun to watch the dolphins and for a few days we could see tons of stingrays. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom! Having a corner unit was a bonus because the view was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the condo was great, the property was well maintained. The only reason I did not rate this 5 stars was the issues before getting there. Hurricane Helene was supposed to be hitting this area and so we attempted to cancel and come down another time. They replied that unless a mandatory evacuation were issued they would not offer a refund or rebooking. Our flight made it safely but my poor sister-in-laws flight was laid over in Atlanta while the remaining part of the hurricane came through. She is handicap from her stroke and had to sleep overnight in the airport. Obviously the condo can not control what happened to her other than having some courteousy when dealing with situations like this. The stress of the hurricane as well as loosing over $2000 on the condo if we don't at least try and go made the vacation dreadful. The airlines were will to wave the

We loved staying in this clean and well stocked condo. We were on the Bayside, but we had easy access to all of the amenities the site had to offer. The large balcony with all of its furniture made for great meals, morning coffee, and reading time. The inside was spacious so that we did not feel we were tripping over each other. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

I am very picky about cleanliness and this condo was impressive on how clean it was. The beds were extremely comfortable too. Plenty of room for my family of 10 plus a 2 year old toddler. All the cooking utensils were there plus air fryer, crock pot and coffee maker. The beach was a little more of a walk than I wanted but the lazy river and beautiful pools made up for that. At the day end after being on the beach to float in the lazy river was so relaxing, the kids of all ages loved it. We sat on the huge deck each morning and evening and watched dolphins play in the bay right by the condo. Destin West is a meticulously maintained property, absolutely spotless everywhere. The flowers in the landscaping were beautiful. This place gave us a high end resort feel. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to others. We did Walmart delivery for our groceries and it was definitely a great experience not having to fight the crowds. Would recommend doing that too.

We stayed in this property as a family of 6. Plenty of space with a fantastic outside deck. Listing was accurate and space was neat and clean. The proximity of this property to restaurants and other tourist activities was close and convenient (walking). Our kids loved the lazy river and multiple pools on property - such a treat. View of the bay was icing on the cake.

We were very happy with the condo and the views. It provided plenty of room for our group of 7. Good location to get to all of the major activities. The pool and lazy river were great. We will look at this location again in the future.

Nice Condo--well-equipped and clean. Great location. The whole grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

This property was huge and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable; bathrooms were clean; and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the lazy river. It was a small walk to the beach, but we enjoyed crossing the sky bridge and seeing the Gulf property. Highly recommend!
