Stayed Feb 5, 2025Property was as advertised. Clean and had everything needed. Pools were great and restaurants were delicious. Close to Disney and ESPN.

Stayed Sep 26, 2022Online booking, communication, and help with check in at resort with the host was very responsive and professional! The room was exactly what was expected and we were all surprised that we were able to see Disney’s fireworks from our balcony every night! Only issue was the resort itself as they cancelled our reservation, it took us 2 hours to finally check-in after a long day of travel with 2 young children who were exhausted. The front desk agent and manager were not sympathetic or helpful even though it was the resorts fault in cancelling a reservation that was supposed changed for our arrival date, we booked 3rd party the year before and stayed at the same resort with no issues! Vrbo and our host saved our trip in how responsive and helpful they were in remedying the issue with the resort!

Stayed Oct 25, 2021It was a very nice property. The only small issue we ran into was being able to find the hours for the restaurants (without going to them first). But it was nothing more than a minor annoyance. The staff was excellent and always helpful, and it was a great trip with super easy access to Disney.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our reservation was split 4 ways so we were locked out late at night, told we had to change rooms so packed up and then found out we didn't have too. A lot of changes for 8 nights. The place was great and location was great as well. The only problem was all the hassle about moving and having to get new keys and parking passes. I did try to contact the person who was contacting me about the changes but I did not hear back .
