Stayed Jun 16, 2025We stayed here for 5 weeks. Loved the central location and the amenities of the neighborhood. I stayed consistantpy and family would filter in for a week at a time. What a wonderful time.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This 4 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was clean, convenient, adequately stocked with kitchen essentials AND THE MATTRESSES WERE GREAT! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Florida!

Stayed Mar 16, 2019This is one of the cleanest properties we have every stayed in. The beds are so comfortable, and we have very bad backs and that is a great plus. Mary is a remarkable person and will send you all types of information on the area and is a great person to work with. The condo complex is one of the friendly and the landscaping is beautiful they really take excellence care of the grounds. We seen turtles as we were sitting having our coffee on the patio. There is NOT one thing we found upsetting only we wished we could have stayed longer. Kitchen is beautiful, with all you need for your stay, the washer and dryer are extra extra large and do a excellent job. Everything is close by we usually went to Walmart on route 27 and a dollar store is right up from that for little things you forgot. You can even wash and vac out your car on the complex. 3 TV were great and the grand kids love the pool tube, thank you Mary for all your little extras you provided. There are 2 pools and one outside your door, The other is is short walk and is heated it is one you can walk into. We also used the BBQ which is right outside your door too. Took walks around the complex, use the swing and walked to the Ice cream parlor right next to the gas station which is located at the entrance to the complex. Google stated there are 125 restaurants a very short drive away, we loved Millers Ale House many $5.99, $6.99 specials the English Pub Fish & Chips were very good. We even when to a Orange Grove, Citrus Showcase 7 miles away picked oranges and road the Monster Truck, Take bug Spray, seen gators it was great, good groupon specials.. Thank you again Mary and Annett you do an excellent job keeping Mary's condo guest ready. Will see you next year. You can not go wrong booking this property It is really Beautiful enjoy the condo but make sure you check out the landscaping especially outside your condo take a walk around the lake, (pond) and make sure you enjoy the swing and watch the fountain.

Stayed May 12, 2019Mary’s condo is beautiful and was super clean. We were visiting Disney and the condo is located very close to all the parks (approximately 15-20 minutes) with very little traffic. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 7! The large pool at the clubhouse is very nice but our favorite was the smaller pool that is just steps outside the condo door. It was often like having our own private pool in our back yard! The beds are extremely comfortable. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if you get chilly at night as they do not include comforters (which makes sense for cleaning purposes. In order to have a very clean bed after each visit, and they all were very clean!). Mary was extremely helpful in booking, answering questions and responded to us immediately each time we contacted her. If we ever travel to Kissimmee area again we will definitely book Mary’s unit and also recommend it to other friends and family. Thanks Mary for a wonderful visit!

Stayed Mar 10, 2018Beautiful quiet condo in a gated community on the bottom floor with the porch facing the park and recreational area. Everything was exactly as described if not better. Super cozy. Really close to Disney and all the parks, minutes away from Target and everywhere you could possibly think of eating. There is a tankless water heater so you and your whole party can shower without fear of running out of hot water. The AC actually gets cool at night, unlike anywhere else I’ve ever stayed down here. The owner is super friendly and gave us tons of information about the area. The big pool is heated and everything is so well kept. You couldn’t ask for a better place to take your family. We will never stay anywhere else again when we come down here. Absolutely perfect.

Stayed Mar 11, 2017We arrived at checked in a bit early which was AMAZING, especially since we had been driving for 21 hours. The condo was super clean. All the bedrooms looked like something you would easily find in a very nice hotel. Bathrooms were nicely stocked with bath towels and face cloths. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, small appliances and cutlery. The large appliances are clearly well cared for and spotlessly clean. The washer and dryer were great and it was nice to be able to wash towels during our stay. There was a linen closet which had a broom and a great vacuum so that I was able to give the floors a cleaning as we were there for 7 days. The beds are SUPER comfortable. We all slept great. Wifi was great. Location was amazing. Originally we were a bit disappointed that we weren't closer to the main pool, but that was short lived. We had two 9 year olds with us and it was awesome to be able to watch them play at the park as the adults sat at watched them from the living room. The small pool was steps from the unit and we spent most of our time there. We did go to the main pool a few days and realized we liked our little pool better. It couldn't have worked out better. We were very close to the Disney parks and great restaurants. We really had no complaints at all. If I was going to be super picky, having a pair of scissors would have been nice but whose to say the people before us didn't take them by mistake. The patio door was a bit heavy to open too. Between 4 adults, we had to sit and come up with something and that's all we could come up with, and we tried. Mary the owner was amazing to deal with and at one point called me as I was having Trouble booking. That's customer service. Also sent me emails about local attractions. Great vacation, great condo. We would recommend this unit to anyone. Thanks Mary!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We are snowbirds from Maine. We spent 2 months at this condo and had a great time. Legacy Dunes is a very nice complex at the lower end of Route 192. It is close to everything, but not overwhelming traffic. The condo was renovated last year and it is very relaxing and peaceful. Best of all, the beds are new and comfortable. The appliances in the condo are new also. The condo has an unheated pool behind the building. It has a large sundeck around the pool which is perfect for sunbathing and reading a book. The main pool at the clubhouse is heated, well maintained, with lots of lounge chairs and tables. The condo has brought dishes, etc for 12 settings. Everything is well maintained and clean. It is a first floor unit which makes unloading luggage very easy. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly. Her manager on property is efficient as well. We enjoyed our visit so much that we have already booked again for 2018.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was very spacious and well equipped and situated in private grounds which had a view of the lake from the patio which was very nice to sit and relax in the morning over breakfast or after a hard day at the theme parks. It is very convenient for all the Disney theme parks which were only a few miles away and very easy to get to and close to the shops and restaurants (I’d recommend the Olive Garden on the main 192 highway). The pool was really nice and had plenty of room and sunbeds, even at the height of summer. Mary, the owner was very helpful, making the booking process and arrival an easy experience and also provided lots of guidance and useful tips on the local area and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was spacious, bright, and suited our family-of-five needs. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have privacy, when needed. The kitchen was roomy and useful. Mary, the condo owner, was very helpful, friendly, and quick to answer email questions. She sent multiple emails with upcoming events and things to do in the Orlando area. The condo grounds were lovely, and both pools were clean, warm, and provided lots of entertainment for our young ones. I deducted one star for minor reasons: the lamp in the kids' bedroom did not work, so the only light available was the closet light. The floor and baseboard were dirty in the master bath, as was the kitchen floor. There wasn't adequate kitchenwear to properly cook a meal. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our time at Legacy Dunes and would definitely return.
