Stayed May 18, 2025Overall loved our stay! Room is exactly as pictured. They were renovating the carpet in the hallways while we were there which was only mildly inconvenient but they finished the job really quickly, and I have to say the new carpet made a huge improvement to the property! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023The room itself was nice. . However they decided to change our door code in the middle of our stay without telling us . Then when we went to the front desk for help, no one was even up there and it took us calling multiple times to get a hold of anyone for help. Then on our last day we received a parking violation for apparently parking in a reserved spot. My husband and I checked the parking spot multiple times to see if we missed a sign saying it was reserved. However there were no signs, no cones, no lines nothing showing that it was a reserved spot… so how were we supposed to know it was reserved? Anyway.. the beach was nice, Pier Park was fun, & Pineapple Willies was a 10/10. But I wouldn’t recommend staying at the Origin.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023Property looks just like the description. Couple of items needed updating. Door to unit sticks and you have to kick to open. Also, hot water knob in kitchenette sink is stripped and needs replacing. Tub drain plug needs fixing and there is mold growing on the shower doors. Overall, the unit was okay would be great if these things were repaired. Final item is there are no chairs in the unit so the bed is the only real sitting place besides the futon which is not in view of the tv. Again, I would stay here again but these items should be noted.
