The living room is coastal casual and has a comfortable soft denim fabric sofa which converts to a queen sleeper sofa colorful side chairs and a flat-screen television. The open kitchen is fully equipped and showcases white cabinetry and appliances and the dining area table seats six people. The primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen television. The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions. Both full guest bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. Enjoy the peaceful wooded scenery from the screened in back patio which features an outdoor table with four chairs.

Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes is a wonderful location with many amenities including a stocked fishing pond gazebo swimming pool clubhouse and parking spots right outside your front door. Looking for entertainment and shopping This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. This non-smoking pet-friendly villa rents monthly from November to March 1 and has 2 assigned parking spaces. Minimum age to rent is 25.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
