Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a traditional coffee maker AND a Keurig for flexibility. The kitchen opens to the living and dining areas, perfect for gathering while meals are prepared.

Your large covered balcony offers ocean views perfect for dolphin watching. Furnished with 4 high-top wooden chairs at a dining-height table and 2 lounge chairs—ideal for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and sunset viewing. Parking at Wind Drift: To keep your arrival stress-free, vehicle registration is required at least 7 days before check-in. Parking passes are purchased per vehicle (max 2 per condo). 10-Day Stay: $62.36, 10–14 Day Stay: $112.00, 31-Day Stay: $120.00. Once registered, stop by the lobby upon arrival to pick up your physical parking pass and display it on your dashboard. Boat Registration & Dock Fees – Wind Drift Complex

Guests bringing a boat are required to pay a registration fee for boatyard/dock access and register 7 days before check-in. Current rates for renters and non-owner guests:

Weekly: $300/week

    This condo is spacious enough, it could use some kitchen and bathroom updates. The cleaning service could do a better job. There was a used filthy sponge in the kitchen for us to used during our stay, one very small cheap roll of paper towels. Guest bathroom tub would not drain so showers were ankle deep. Toilet lid is very old and needs to be replaced. Exhaust fan in master bathroom did not work. We were asked not to use washcloths for makeup removal but to use towelettes provided, however, non were provided. We really like the location, but would only stay in this unit again if the above upgrades were made. Thank you

    Great clean conveniently located condo. Quieter end of beach which we love. Our only complaint was the parking lot. Spaces are very tight especially for those with larger size vehicles. One nt we had to circle waiting for a space because there were not enough spaces for number of tenants. We would definitly stay again if we drove a rental or smaller car.

    This was a perfect stay for our family! There was plenty of room! The parking was easy, the location was great! And the beach was wonderful! This was our 2nd time in Orange Beach. The building was quiet and it was easy to get around. The condo was perfectly set up with everything we needed. The patio overlooking the beach was large and a great spot for breakfast. I told my wife many times that this was exactly what I want when I come to the beach vacation!

    The property is as pictured. It was very clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views and great balcony furniture. As with all sleeper sofas, the one in the living room was not comfortable. Maybe restuffing the cushions? But there were other comfortable chairs to use. Caroline is an excellent host, very responsive and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
