Parking at Wind Drift: To keep your arrival stress-free, vehicle registration is required at least 7 days before check-in. Parking passes are purchased per vehicle (max 2 per condo). 10-Day Stay: $62.36, 10–14 Day Stay: $112.00, 31-Day Stay: $120.00. Once registered, stop by the lobby upon arrival to pick up your physical parking pass and display it on your dashboard. Boat Registration & Dock Fees – Wind Drift Complex

Guests bringing a boat are required to pay a registration fee for boatyard/dock access and register 7 days before check-in. Current rates for renters and non-owner guests:

    Not wanting to trash this unit at all. It has such great potential to be a great place to stay except it needs some major attention. It needs to be cleaned out of personal owners stuff. A complete major cleaning from top to bottom. De-cluttering. Right now in the condition it's in I would not have this on my list as a place to stay again.

    The condo was perfect. The elevators worked great. The location couldn’t be beat along with the view from the 7th floor. The beach was not crowded and really enjoyed the chair and umbrellas being reserved with our names every morning and not allowing personal tents and chairs to be placed in front of ours. Have been trying new places since Destin got so crowded. I think we’ve found out new favorite place.

    We absolutely loved the location! It was so quiet and peaceful! Very few people on the beach. We loved the nearness of the condo building to the gulf!- a very short walk! The condo was as described by owner. We found the unit to be very clean. The master bed is past due for replacement. Would stay here again.
