Open & spacious ski condo with fireplace & hot tub - near the slopes

Property was great, location was convenient and walkable to town. Parking garage is available for free which was a nice bonus not having to get into a snow covered car. Unit is on the 3rd floor and the building DOES NOT have an elevator. This was okay for our party but I would not recommend for some, lugging suitcases up 7 flights of stairs was not fun and there was no warning of this in the listing.

Great location and everything was as promised. The four flights of stairs gave us a bonus workout everyday! We enjoyed staying here and would do it again.

As advertised. I walked to the lift in the morning. Skied all day. Spent my evenings in the restaurants and bars in the village. Great stuff.

We loved this place. A beautiful creek gently rolling in front of your condo to greet your arrival, ease you to sleep each night and enjoy a cup of coffee beside each morning. What more could you ask for? Oh, I know. A relaxing hot tub, a fire pit on a huge patio and a view of the sunset! There couldn’t be more than this! Well maybe. Like right on the ski resort, a short jaunt to town for tacos on the Yampa River, travel to area lakes for trout fishing, golf at Haymaker, zip line down the mountains! Need I say more?

This condo can certainly accommodate 6, with one king, one queen, another queen, and a large couch. There was not a problem with the unit at all. The kitchen cabinets are slightly outdated, as I was in at least one other unit, and saw another unit from the hallway. But, it was certainly clean. Be advised this unit is on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. Lloyd M.

We just returned from our stay at Kutuk 310. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to and from the gondola and the apres ski spots (ie. T-Bar). The home is certainly dated, there were a few things like the dishwasher was broken and we weren't notified about it until we arrived (they sent someone to fix it on our last day), the coffee pot glass was broken, some mugs were cracked. Communication was okay with the Vacasa team, they replied promptly about the broken dishwasher, but then we didn't hear from the local team until 30 min before the dishwasher repair person showed up. That being said, I would definitely stay at this property again, especially for the location - it was very comfortable for a group and having 3 beds/3 baths was awesome!

Such a nice place with plenty of room and very clean/open. Makes you feel right at home in the mountains. Stairs also keep you in shape!

We LOVED this cute condo. Not only is it walkable to town (in warm weather), but it is also huge and can fit up to 8 people, more if you bring an air mattress. Has a full kitchen and three full bathrooms. No AC but it gets cold at night so no worries there. Would stay here again!

Loved this unit and the amenities. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and the BBQ area. Very relaxing and perfect place for kids to play in the summer. Beautiful area and unit
