A fantastic getaway. Excellent for families with older children that want their own space. Near the Flume Gorge and other fantastic hiking and trail riding locations.

This home was very clean and well stocked. Perfect for a weekend with my sister and our families. Great location - central to everything and a quick drive to the highway.

This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. The place was spacious and there were plenty of things to do around the area in the summer.Some of the furniture (the couch mostly) was showing a bit of wear, but everything was clean.

We enjoyed the river walk several imes It was also convenient for shopping and getting where we needed to go. We found one small thing that the rooms were not so well lit in the evenings. It felt a little dark after the sun went down.

Had a small IT issue but a call to the LRS office took care of that. Price $$$ but I’m the one who decided to stay.

Very spacious end unit condo across the street from Timbertown chairlift. Excellent.
