Stayed Jun 7, 2025The condo itself was nice and fully furnished. A cute and cozy getaway for my family. Caution on the check in process. My husband and I are traveled people and have stayed in many places, but the managing company offers no guidance on checking in, the gate code, etc. Yes, the different codes ARE provided, but they NEVER say what each code is for, such as the gate, condo door, etc. It took some time to get into the property. Also, at the guard shack, you will need your unit number to be able to get a pass. They would not accept any other form of verification. Also, the beach is terribly crowded. The Sandestin Hilton shares a property with this tower, but you are NOT allowed to use the Hilton's side of the beach. We were not aware of this when we made the reservations. There are several other places on the grounds that all share the same beach access so be prepared to arrive early (well before 9 AM) to get a comfortable spot. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those are the things which we noticed immediately.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025We had a blast. The facility was nice and cozy. The blind in the first bedroom didn’t come up,,,,The string needs work. I loved everything about the condo, The only area I was unhappy about was the patio. It needs painting and a little love which is why I rated my stay a 4 out of 5. Thank you!

The interior gave the best natural lighting to a wonderful view of the resort. The wrap around porch (in the south we say porch lol) was a great addition to sit and drink coffee in the morning.
