Absolutely loved our stay & will definitely be returning. This is our 4th condo that we’ve rented at Majestic Sun, & this was by far our favorite. The beds were very comfortable & it was very clean.

Amenities were great. Excellent condition! Clean.

Fantastic property with everything we needed. Great location and great communication. Pools and fitness areas are both nice. Wagon with beach chairs was very much appreciated!

Great unit, very good communication- with exception of parking directions, needed to call & get instructions but they returned call promptly. Unit is great, beautiful view and convenient beach location.

512B at Majestic Sun had amazing views and was a super clean condo. Ocean was just steps way. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my husband and bonus daughter's first visit to Destin. I had been once before many years ago, but nothing was a memorable as this visit. This unit was beautiful, comfy and cozy with an awesome view of the beach. Everything you needed to make you feel at home was provided, down to beach chairs and a cart to tote them around in. The beach was absolutely stunning! There was a tiny bit of seaweed the first day, but it was gone by the 2nd day. The water was clear and calm. You could even see several groups of dolphins out during the day. The people were very friendly and the area was vibrant during the day with many stores, restaurants and shops within walking distance, but not chaotic. And many other activities were within a 10-15 minute drive. The host was very responsive and addressed any concern quickly and efficiently, even down to a last minute request to stay an extra day. We literally did not want to leave. I would absolutely stay here again and am looking forward to visiting Destin again next year.

This condo was just as it appeared in the rental details and photos. I would absolutely book this unit again! Short walk to the beach and easy access. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need except for seasonings and perishables. Highly suggest staying here if you are looking for a place right on the beach that is clean and accommodating!

The condo was very clean and in a great location. Communication with property management was prompt and easy. Appreciated the parking garage due to the summer heat. Enjoyed being able to eat at the Whale Tail right on the beach. If you are looking for a full breakfast do not go to BadAss coffee as they only offer muffins and bagels. We were there over July 4th and watched fireworks from the beach which was steps away. We could see them being set off in either direction. It was amazing and our stay was excellent.

Very nice condo- clean - quiet- great view. There were 2 of us so we each had a bedroom with a bathroom. Because there was a washer and dryer we could pack less. We could walk to restaurants and basically came to relax and miss deer hunting season in Nebraska. We ac implied that

Had a wonderful time. Location was perfect. Rented a golfcart and was able to get around well on Scenic 98. Pool was a bit crowded and small for the size of the complex.

On the day we arrived, we walked into the bathroom and there were skid marks all over the toilet. The unit was otherwise clean so I didn't feel the need to contact the agency. We packed light and did laundry daily. If you plan on doing laundry, be prepared for it to take a LONG time to dry; We're talking 3 hours for 4-5 towels. The unit is updated and beautifully decorated, but the person that hung the TVs and pictures was either drunk or doesn't know how to use a level. That wasn't a big deal, but bugged my OCD. Compass resorts was who we rented through and said that units at the Majestic Sun included beach service, but this is not the case. Be prepared to shell out another $250/week for that. There are 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, two small beach umbrellas and some small beach toys/umbrella holders available for use in the unit. We have stayed at the Majestic Sun many times in different units. Majestic sun is conveniently located to lots of food, grocery stores, and necessities with beautiful views and nice facilities. It's nice to be able to walk to the Whale's Tale and sit on the deck for dinner on the beach. It does never fail that Majestic Sun has at least 1 of 3 elevators down at every visit, but hasn't stopped us from returning.
