Offering true ski-in/ski-out convenience, Tyra Summit A2B is an excellent choice for both winter and summer travel. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located slopeside on the Four O'clock trail, West of Main Street in the Four O'clock neighborhood. In the summer months enjoy a scenic 15 minute walk down hill to the lively historic district filled with many shops, restaurants, and nightlife entertainment. For your trip back up hill we suggest riding on our seasonal door-to-door guest shuttle.

This mountain condo is highly recommended for families and you'll enjoy hosting in the spacious open living area that includes your entertainment, cooking & dining areas. Lounge on the comfortable leather couches while watching your favorite movie on the 42 flat screen TV, prepare all your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace as you dine and share your Breckenridge adventures with your family & friends. Just off the living area is the private outdoor balcony, with seating for two, where you'll take in beautiful Forest & Mountain views, wildlife, hikers, skiers & snowboarders.

The comfortable master bedroom offers a Queen bed encased in plush bedding, a 32 flat screen TV, two dressers for storage, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a Full Size Bunk bed, side chair, and two dressers for storage. There's an additional shared bathroom also with a shower/tub combo. Including the Queen sofa sleeper in the living area this condo can sleep up to eight people.

Besides being in an ultimate ski-in/ski-out location, there are a variety of amenities that make this condo an amazing find including Wi-Fi, private washer & dryer, elevator access & underground parking for 1 car. Your vacation wouldn't be complete without a trip to the property clubhouse that features an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, and an outdoor hot tub overlooking the Four O'Clock ski & hiking trail (seasonal closures). There's also a small deck area for outdoor cooking that includes a shared gas grill, table and chairs.

Ski-in/Ski-out Access: Ski-in off the Four O'clock Run, Ski-out (down hill) and stay right just past the Tyra Lookout building, where you'll take a short walk to the Snowflake lift directly in front of you.

    Check in was easy, the cooking pans were teflon and 2 of them were really scratched up so we couldn’t use them. I would suggest cast iron skillets. The drain in the main shower drained super slow it needs addressed for sure. Prob a ton of hair in there. Other than that it was great.

    The unit was perfect, everything seemed to be pretty new and the pressure for the shower would almost blow your skin off, which isn’t a bad thing. The only complaint I would have is that you have to go outside of the parking garage around the building to the elevator, from there up to the second floor, at that point you have to walk up two sets of stairs. They have four steps each, that would be the only complaint I have and it’s not that bad.. easy access on and off the slopes, I would definitely stay here again!!

    The location was great (ski in and ski out), we enjoyed the hot tubs on property, and management was responsive when we contacted them with a few issues but the unit is very outdated and cleaning supplies are scarce. The cloth on the sofas is peeling off, so very unappealing and uncomfortable, blinds to the balcony don't close properly, broken chair on the balcony, dishwasher extremely loud, kitchen is a hodge podge of plates, pans, dull knives, etc. And you need to plan to have most of your own cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen storage (foil, plastic wrap, etc.) For the amount of money paid, I believe one would expect a nicer unit but I guess the location sells the unit and allows the owners to do very little to no improvements.

    First, I assumed an elevator in listing meant not having to do stairs like we did :( One of us has bad knee and the access to elevator was a key choice. Truth is you park in garage and either walk 2 flights of stairs to unit level, or you walk out of garage (into outdoor elements) and curve around building to access elevator at just far end of building. That still requires a bit of walking from elevator to unit, including 2 sets of 5 steps. Ugh, not what I was going for to avoid stairs. Also, the actual unit is very outdated, only getting more so as reviews carry on over time. In fact, some wall hangings now missing from what was pictured in listing. Greedy investors anger me to collect rental income and do NO improvements to match what you pay for. Advice: start with simple remodel to both bathrooms. Fix screen door so bugs don't come in sizable gap. The walls are quite thin - hear plumbing in kitchen or adjoining bathroom from bedroom. Again, just outdated and unless you're okay with that for winter slope location/access, there are plenty of other better options for non-winter season. We booked very last minute so unfortunately just chose this as it was available providing 2 bathrooms and what I thought was a more convenient practical elevator situation. Will compliment the cleaning staff - my husband said this is the cleanest, oldest place I've been in! Know the bar is lower for winter rentals in a ski town, that doesn't excuse the low standard of the property owner.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing unit, with lots of space, huge living room and kitchen area. Truly ski in ski out. It is above the snowflake lift so you just ski down four o’clock from the house and walk across the street to the snowflake lift. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family for a week. Great indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor hot tub looking over four o clock run. I would rent here again in a heartbeat.
