My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is really convenient since it’s located close to the beach and close to the pool. The condo is the perfect size for a couple but staying as a family would be very crowded. This was our second time staying at the complex and I will say being on the first floor definitely beats the fourth floor. My wife and I have taken up a new sport Pickleball since we had such a great time in Hilton head.

Loved the quick and easy beach access, the pool and the bike trails. Condo was very adequate. I would rent it again. Owner was helpful and responsive to questions.

David was very kind and even sent lots of recommendations. This location is perfect for the ocean (no steps at all to the beach) and entertainment. The condo had plenty of things to offer. However, our ten year old was too big for the bunks. Would be perfect for a couple’s getaway or family with toddlers.

We had such a relaxing stay! Things got a little crazy the first few days due to the fire alarm going off during the early hours of the mornings (no emergency thankfully), & then the internet going out for the say (which the host was kind enough to text us & let us know what was going on). Then, Hurricane Helene hit overnight, but we were safe in this comfy, accommodating condo! We loved the location & amenities of HHB&T. Coincidentally, we had 2 different families who were our neighbors from home stay in the same building! Overall, it was an amazing, memorable trip, & we’re so thankful to have had such a great, clean place to stay!

The best part of the stay is that it is only a few minutes walk to the ocean and the community swimming pool, local restaurants with good quality food and drinks, and only a short commute to local grocery/convenience stores. All basic necessities are provided for including cooking area with accessories and multiple sleeping areas. We would come again. The owners were always reachable, responsive, and very friendly.

Property was exactly as described! Perfect, with everything we needed. Excellent location right by the pool, restaurant and easy walk to the beach. Communication was top notch, best we have ever come across. We will definitely come back. and stay here! I would definitely recommend.

David was very responsive and kind and even suggested events our family might enjoy in the area. The location of the condo was perfect! The beach and pool were just steps from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and easy to check in. Location was great for access to beach. Community pool had events for kids a few nights. Family friendly area and resort.

We found the condo in clean condition. It was in good proximity of the pool and ocean. I gave the location a 4 star rating only because we encountered a few things while staying that I wasn’t entirely happy with. The guards gave us a hard time about using the bike rack located outside the property. The company I rented bikes from was not allowed inside the area so they locked the bikes up outside the condo area. Unbeknownst to us the rack outside the condo was an e bike rack which neither the rental company nor the guards bothered to inform us of. Instead the guards called the rental company who then called us with threats being made to cut the locks on the bikes if they weren’t moved. This was while we were two hours away visiting Charleston. Also the morning we were leaving we encountered a drunk woman who wanted to inform me my children were disgusting. She seemed to think they were knocking on her door but they were not. My son dropped his hermit crab and it made a noise but she was too drunk to know the difference. These are not issues of the condo owner and are no reflection on them. They were very pleasant to rent from. These were however issues with this location that I didn’t have at other locations I’ve stayed.

We absolutely loved our stay here at this condo! The owners David & Lisa were very responsive to every message I sent! They even sent us an itinerary of the island we didn’t even ask for, telling us about the island, things to do, pricing, etc. This was our first time in Hilton head, but we will be coming back! Their description of the condo was spot on! It was very clean & fresh when we walked in. I can’t recommend these owners enough.
