One Ski Hill Place (#8218) is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. This is a luxury property of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own three other BreckCondoWithAView condos at The Village at Breckenridge (#3706) complex and Trails End complex (#408 & #406). We also rent the One Ski Hill Place #8218 2 bedroom/2bath condo across the wall making it ideal for larger families or friends traveling together.

Condo Access: Guests may go directly to the property. Lock Box code is on the door and code is texted the day prior

Because you are renting directly through us and not the resort you do NOT have to pay the 13% Resort Fee. You still have access to all the amenities with the exception of Room Service or charging items to your room. Please keep in mind that our management company will be your Front Desk .

There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance issues, locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $91 (this will be added after booking). If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available. Please let us know ahead of time.

Seasonal Closures- Aquatics Center (annually for few days for maintenance)

    Access to the slopes was great . Locker room was easy. No problem with parking except we took the ticket out while packing to leave so we could put it in the room and we had late check out so we got a warning put on our Car ( looked like a ticket but it wasn’t. The whole location/ experience was great and we will most likely book again

    We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. Having two full bathrooms made it especially convenient, and the ski-in/ski-out access couldn’t have been better. The ski valet service was a huge bonus — we loved being able to drop off our skis at the end of the day and pick them up the next morning right at the base of the slopes. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and seamless ski getaway and birthday weekend.

    Great location. At base of peak 8 lift! Quick shuttle to main street. Off season so restaurant did not open for breakfast, but we had the hotel massive hot tub to ourselves overlooking the slopes. Highly recommended.

    Spacious, well maintained two bedroom condo in a very nice building. Unit is equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washer/dryer. Easily accessible secure garage parking with convenient luggage carts near the elevators. While this condo probably sees quite a bit of activity during the season, the unit doesn’t show a lot of wear. Large semi-covered patio offers good mountain views. Available amenities include a restaurant (although closed during our stay), lounge, movie room, and bowling alley. Good location up Ski Hill Road on local bus route.

    This was hands down one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever experienced. Every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations—spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. The check-in process was seamless, communication was prompt and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better—right at the base of the lifts and all the summer activities.The unit itself felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we realized the toaster wasn't working properly, we notified the host and a brand-new one was delivered within an hour! Amazing service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—plenty of towels, great water pressure, and extra blankets.The resort amenities were just as impressive. Our kiddo loved the bowling alley and easy access to all the mountainside summer activities—alpine slide, coaster, mountain biking, mini-golf—and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tubs and hanging out at the base of the lifts, soaking up the sun.We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—this property set a very high bar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect mountain getaway!

    Location, location, location! Our family of four (kids 9 and 5) made the trek from the East Coast to Breck and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s property. The resort is incredible and offers every amenity - ski valet, pool, bowling, heated garage and onsite bar. The place is very clean and is well stocked. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

    This was an absolute perfect spot for my family. Our kids are 7 and 4 and ski in/out was important to us. The condo itself offered enough space. Steps from the gondola offered us a quick trip into town for dinner each night. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to return.

    An amazing location…literally steps from ski valet at 1 Ski Hill Place! Walk out the condo door, down the steps and you’re in Ski Hill Grill in 30 seconds. Seriously. Location Location Location!! It’s certainly a small condo but for us being a small family of two adults and 1 child it was perfect. Will certainly stay again. The host, Tanya is fantastic too
