The kitchen, dining room and living area are set in an open layout so your group can dine and relax together after a full day on the mountain in the comfortable living space. You can take in the gorgeous slopeside views of Peak 8 as you step onto the oversized balcony located right off of the living room!

Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.

RESORT AMENITIES – At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, kids' pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. Additional comforts include a fitness center, two movie lounges, a game room, heated underground parking (with free valet service), and the best on-mountain après-ski spot in Breckenridge – the T-Bar.     OSHP is located in the center of Epic Discovery (Summer trip). It is a great family-friendly condo with lots of amenities. The only negative to our trip was the refrigerator and freezer did not work the entirety of our 5 night trip. Property management did bring us two mini-fridges with one having a dedicated freezer. This worked fine for our family in this instance and the only real disappointment was the almost 8hr wait for someone to come check it out and then provide a solution. The only other issue was when we locked ourselves out of the unit (our fault), the property management company is off site and not associated with the condo, so the condo building staff won’t grant you access back to your unit and since it was after-hours, we had to drive to town and wait about 30 minutes for someone to make us a new key, again- our fault, but good info for others. Overall, great location with great amenities (bowling, small market, indoor pool, hot tub both inside and outside and more) and family friendly.

    First of all it was a good thing I was driving in from Denver and had to go through Frisco to get to Breck… having to stop in Frisco to pick up the room keys and parking pass wasn’t expected nor communicated until right before the trip. (Also had to drop the keys and parking pass in the way out). I’m not sure if the owner was aware but the pool and spa and all dining options were closed on property while we were there. We could bowl or play pool though but only after getting a staff member to open the rooms though. Also, not the owners fault but the gondola BreckConnect was closed as well. We saw maybe two other guests while on property as it was off season so it was VERY quiet. The staff was nice, especially Aubrey. He was very friendly.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic. The hotel used to be a Rocks Resoet but has lost that affiliation. There were very limited food options on site, glad we brought a full order of groceries and having a full kitchen it worked out. The ski valet and on site staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the rental washing machine was out of service the entirety of our stay. I read other reviews that it was previously a problem for other guests but was fixed quickly. We were told 2 days before we arrived that it was broken. , I asked several times for the repair company to come as soon as possible as we were traveling with kids and needed the washer. . I was first told they might be able come repair it during our 5 days stay, then I was told they would not be able to come. The washer had water in it and started to smell. The dryer worked , so we basically washed clothes by hand in the bath tub and used the dryer. The Ice machine was also very finicky so we ended up buying a bag of ice. The beds very very comfortable.the couch was a bit tired and the fireplace glass was glazed over so we couldn’t really see the fire. The snow toys and humidifiers were a nice bonus.

    Second year in a row staying at this property. The location is so unbelievable convenient that we wouldn't stay any other place. Renting skis and the ski valets is the best. Makes a quick trip so much more enjoyable because they are steps away from the property. The property management company is very responsive and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

    Took the family to Breck to get out of the Texas heat. Great room large enough for the four of us to spread out. Great location on Peak 8 with a great view! We’ll be back!

    We absolutely loved this VRBO - very clean and in a perfect location. The resort has an adventure park attached to it, and a lively scene during the day. The washing machine wasn't working and they sent someone right away (within hours of our call) to fix it. The free gondola and shuttle is so convenient for visiting main street without having to worry about parking/driving. The ONLY thing that can be improved is adding a full length mirror lol Other than that, it had everything we needed & more! :)
