Stayed Dec 31, 1969This review would be more informative with the pictures taken during our stay. The property itself looks like it has had some upgrades and the unit as well, but there is a door labeled private in the hall of the 6th floor that leads to the balcony of 605. It would not shut or lock and was rusted and weathered. Picture needed gere. We did not like that there was access directly off the elevator to the unit. We kept the balcony glass doors shut and locked, but it was a weird set up. I sent a complaint about the door and nothing was done to shut or lock the door. The larger bedroom with the king bed had a bedside chest that left little room for the bathroom entrance. I hit it so many times. The picture of the small opening and my bruised leg would be attached. I messaged about the issue and was told it would be moved, but it wasn't. The A/C was very loud and then started tyrning on and off every few seconds. I took videos of it and made sure the glass doors were not open (which we kept closed abd locked because of the open private door). I sent a message about the A/C making noise before heading out to Seaside and when we returned, the on/off had stopped and only one vent was working and it had a constant, slight air blowing until it stopped altogether. We never touched the A/C setting. I took a pic. It was set on 72 and it was getting up to 77. We had two nights of A/C issues and then checked out. If the bedside chest, private door and A/C gets fixed, it is not a bad unit. My daughter said the small twins were not comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and they are very nice. Soft close cabinets and drawers in the kitchen are really nice. Tile and granite throughout the unit. It has a gorgeous view of the beach. One thing to note is this condo is directly next to a public access and you can hear people getting up and wheeling their stuff out at 5am to get a spot early because of how crowded it gets everyday. It you rent umbrellas they will be further back.

Stayed May 4, 2024Been coming for years, so we know the area. The lobby improvements are really nice. Auto doors are great when they work. Same with the elevators. Glad we were on the 6th floor and not any higher because the one elevator that was working broke for a little while. Should be fixed next week. That was the standard reply.
