Stayed Mar 1, 2024Very nice and very clean! We really enjoyed our stay! My 2 grandchildren stayed in the Minion room one night and absolutely loved it. Alfonzo was such a great host! He was very prompt when I called him. This Condo had everything we needed to enjoy are vacation.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as described and owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions. We had a great stay here while visiting Magic Kingdom. It was only a 10-15 minute drive. Minion decor was fun for our 3 year old and everything was very clean.

Stayed Oct 19, 2021Great location. Close to Disney and all the property has to offer. Good amount of space for a family of 4. Manager was super fast at replying and making accommodations. My only negative comment is the sliding glass door needs to be repaired. It was incredibly hard to close, especially from the outside. The lock was broke and the bar didn’t secure it properly.

Stayed Dec 19, 2020When we arrived, the unit was not cleaned properly. There was a large stain on the couch that was covered by a blanket. The property manager was responsive and did everything they could to make it right. The location of the unit was great. It was really close to the pool which our kids loved. My kids also loved the playgrounds available at the property. The development was maybe 5 to 10 minutes from Disney property which was also nice. Other downsides was that the unit just felt “cheap”. Most, if not all, of the furniture was from IKEA. Some of the doors in the unit were locked. For example, the pantry door was locked which we found strange. We had to leave our food on the counter. Don’t think I would stay in this particular unit again, but would recommend the management company as they were responsive and cared about our satisfaction.

Our two daughters loved the decor and having their own space with room and separate bathroom. We had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool. Close to attractions and grocery. AYP friendly and quickly responded to our needs. Would difinitly visit again.

Walmart to shop, pool steps away, quiet and comfortable Rental company very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the hot water isn’t hot enough for our taste and you can only get in merge two showers before you have to wait for it to warm back up ( small condo water heaters). Otherwise highly recommend!
