Stayed Jan 2, 2024Positive: Kitchen had all the essentials. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice hot tub and dry sauna. Close to Nubs and Highlands. Friendly staff. Our fob and Internet didn't work at first and they were very quick to fix it. Needs improvement: the smoke smell from the fireplace in upstairs unit strongly presented to downstairs unit. Furnace didn't have enough make up air if bathroom and bedroom doors closed (draft down fire place needs reversing by cracking a window and turning on the fireplace). Need plungers in bathrooms.

Stayed Feb 3, 2023The television interface was difficult to use, and we never did find any basic cable; it would be helpful if there were written instructions for the TV. Also, the thermostat had a mind of its own, and a couple of different times it switched temperatures from what we had set it at. Again, written instructions for the thermostat would have been helpful.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021Very nice property, conveniently located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, Mi. They have everything you need indoors and out. Clean, comfortable units, would definitely consider coming back.
