One Bedroom Self-Contained Apartment. King or Twin Set Up

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property not only are the host and hostess awesome, they provided fresh eggs from their sweet chickens (that don’t mind being picked up) they helped us navigate through areas in this quaint little town. We navigated through parts of Ireland we never knew existed primarily due to them! Please recommend this place because it is worthy!!!

We’ve stayed at our share of VRBOs. Riann and Cathy’s cozy little apartment was one of the best! Extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. Tucked away off the beaten path along a quiet road in a serene and picturesque environment, and very well kept. We very much enjoyed the chickens that followed us in hopes of a bit of food. Our hosts, Riann and Cathy were really what made our stay special. So inviting and friendly, they provided exceptional guidance about where to eat, places to see and how to navigate our way to and from Dublin. It was also the little additions, like fresh eggs from the chickens and thoughtful welcome basket and the essential condiments. We highly recommend a stay here. Exceptional value!!

This was the perfect location for our trip. Riaan and Cathy were so friendly. And we loved the two dogs!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described: clean, modern, and fully equipped with all of the essentials. We loved the personal touches provided by Riaan. He was so helpful and his recommendations on where to eat and visit were right on point. Wonderful memories were made!

This place was immaculate and adorable. The little extras that the host supplied were such a nice touch. This was our last stop on our way back to Canada and it was a dream. We just relaxed here and recharged for the flight home.

Had my trip just involved the usual type of stay, it would still have been memorable for the stunning location, the bonus of superb weather and all the many touches that Riaan and Cathy had provided for the visitor. The accommodation is absolutely perfect for a couple, a pair of friends (the bed unzips to turn into twin beds if necessary), a couple with a baby (facilities provided) and in my case, the solo traveller. There were all the amenities one could wish for - gas cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, etc., etc., and tv which I didn't have time to use much. Lots of thoughtful goodies had been provided - smellies in the bathroom and all sorts of edibles, from porridge oats to milk, yoghurt, bread and the freshest possible eggs, laid only yards away, plus more besides.A very happy coincidence revealed that we were cousins too! I don't expect all future visitors to make this bonus discovery (although who knows?!). So where I come away with the regular traveller's glow of happiness at a wonderful stay, I also retain a sense of disbelief at the coincidence.For cousins and regular visitors alike, there is much more - tranquility and proximity to some of Ireland's finest scenery, walks and attractions. Oh, and for added security, there are electric gates.All bias aside, I stand by the veracity of every word above. Come and see for yourselves...

Riaan was extremely kind and gave the best recommendations as far as where to go in the area and tips for navigating a trip up to Dublin. Apartment was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The welcome basket was incredibly sweet and so appreciated!

This delightful apartment was located in a beautiful spot. Everything I needed was provided. It is not often you find a bed as comfortable as your own. Without a working phone on the first day complicated locating the apartment. Friendly & comfortable.

The pictures do not do it Justice. This is an absolutely beautiful place located in a beautiful area. The hosts were the most welcoming and kindest people we have ever experienced. This stay was nothing less than a five star and will definitely stay here longer when we come back. Thank you to the hosts for the most wonderful stay we could have imagined.
