One Bedroom at Island Winds! GULF FRONT BALCONY!

We had a great stay! We appreciated the washer and dryer very much as we used it a good deal! The view from our balcony was amazing! We watched the sun come up each morning. The only thing we wished could have been different was to have the room switched around with the sliding glass door in the bedroom instead of the living area. My husband likes to go to sleep with the sound of the ocean waves and we couldn’t hear them from the bedroom. Overall, we had a great time!

The location is fabulous. The beach was perfect. The condo was nice, good space. As someone else mentioned, the bed was noisy when you sat down on it, but it was pretty comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. It was a bit odd that the bedroom did not have a door

We had a wonderful vacation. Condo was nice. Weather was perfect. We had a great time just enjoying the waves and watching the dolphins. Definitely plan on going back!

It was ok but i wont stay there again

It was a fine place to stay for the price. The location really couldn’t be beat. However, the bed was SO loud, screeching every time you moved, and the sheets were so scratchy and uncomfortable, especially after being in the sun all day.

The property was clean and nice. The only thing that upset us was that we wasnt notified that maintenance was trying to get acess to our unit. We happened to come up from the beach to two men standing at our door. They said that they were trying to gain access because the unit below had water and thought it was coming from our bath tub. We let them in and checked that our tub was leaking. While we are waiting for them to come back to fix it, a housekeeper used a code and tried to open our door without knocking. Luckly we had the chain on, which stopped her from coming all the way in. She said that she had the wrong room.?!?!?? But used a code to get in?!? After all this, we didnt feel like our belongings were safe nor our privacy. It was all unprofessional nor has the property apologized or acknowledged that this happened.

Condo was exactly as stated. Beachy feeling! Excellent view of the Gulf from the balcony. Would stay there again next summer.

Property has great access to the beach and is walking distance to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Staff were great. Beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony. Parking tag a little pricey.

My wife and I stayed on the beach within walking distance to everything we needed. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, restaurants Wide will be back

Quick and easy check in. Property was as advertised and was in great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach. Great view. Cramped even for two. Refrigerator exterior rusted. Due to humidity everything smelled musty.

Location was perfect!!! Close to everything. The furniture in the unit was horrible and not comfortable. The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The couch was hard as well. You do have to pay for parking which was something I was not aware of. It is $50 a vehicle. Which is something that should be included in my opinion, but it is what it is. View was spectacular from the 8th floor. Also the balconies are not private. Our neighbors could see right over to ours just by standing up.

The views are breathtaking, location is absolutely perfect. It was clean, good location that was close to many restaurants. It was a great time!

Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Whem we first arrived, there was an odd smell. On our 3rd day there, the washer stopped working properly. We contacted the front desk but it never got fixed.

Nice location and easy access to the beach. After spending a full day on the beach we were scared and shocked when we returned to our room and the door was wide open. There was a maintenance man inside replacing the washer and dryer. No body contacted us to let us know this was going to happen. After talking with the maintenance man he said the washer was broken and the previous guest had rust stains on all their clothes after washing them and again no body bothered to let us know of the issue even though they knew it was broken. I would not recommend to stay here because of the lack of communication. The owner said we would be contacted by the property manager but never heard from them. Once they had our money they could care less how we were treated.

The place was neat and clean. It's small yet efficient. We had a family of 4 and a baby and had no issues. When we had a slight issue arise, the staff was on top of it and handled it extremely well. Location right on the beach and walking distance to some places like the Hangout made it a perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

For the price it needed updates, especially bathroom. Overall for two people, it worked.

Overall the property and condo were great. On site staff friendly and available and the property was clean. It is an older property so could use some exterior upgrades and minor interior, but the condo has had a facelift and well suited our needs.
