Stayed Oct 12, 2025This was a great last minute vacation and it couldn't have been better. Unit was awesome in every way. The chocolate on top was the top floor open deck overlooking Tee to Green on the #1 Dogwood Par 4. Great to watch golfers. In the evening the ambiance changes to a lake with sun shimmering and cool ocean breezes. Glass of wine and your set. Condo had everything needed to stay long term. Complete package. Now about Julie, This lady is top tier in making sure you have a great adventure. Had all the answers quickly and completely as could be with a kind voice behind to boot.Food and Beverages are a short walk down a cart path and tons of local delicacy's. Just a short drive to Sunset Beach will make memories!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025It had everything we needed. Very nice and cozy. I would suggest cleaning the vent fan in the bathroom. It seem pretty labored at times. Other than that. Everything was really good. We love the location. Everything was close by and we really enjoyed Ocean Isle Beach. We drove to the end of that and we parked in the area for the ferry and we want to the beach and it was wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Softball tournament weekend. Did not know the location of the tournament just knew north myrtle beach. One tournament was 30 min away the next day it was an hour ( rain) even with the hour drive I would of chosen this house. Everything was great! Note to self when the property power washes beware around corners lol Also....my daughter walked away with second place in the tournament. Great location, great priperty, great weekend!
