*May/June 2026* - Next to Regatta there is a lot where 2 houses will be built. 1 house is underway and does not impact our view. 2nd house is just starting with pilings set and will impact our view.

Gulf Shores is such a fun city to visit. Not too big and not too small. We have a lot of the newest and latest but keep a lot ofthe old beach town feel. Gulf Shores is definitely a family friendly destination with so many things within walking distance. You will be surprised how walking, running and biking friendly we are. Kids always love the location since we are close to The Hangout (practically next door) and to the local stores. We have a number of restaurants within a tenth or 2/10ths of a mile from the complex.

** Regatta has an elevator and is located on the southeast corner in the parking area underneath one of the buildings. There are also stairs to get to our level. We are on the first level above the parking underneath

Oh, Pool is heated! 80 degrees in cool and cold months!

Regatta is located on the beach side. We have a nice balcony with view of the gulf. We face the west side so the mornings and good part of the day will have shade on the balcony for relaxing, reading, drinking coffee and staring. The Pool is in the center of the complex. You can even put a chair out on your level and overlook the pool if you have children swimming and you don't want to be down by the pool.

Why do people keep coming back to Gulf Shores Still has the small town beach feel. Still a family oriented city. Still the best Seafood restaurants anywhere. The incredibly white beaches that are so wide simply are beyond description until you see it yourself. Plenty of unique shopping places in Gulf Shores. All the familiar chain restaurants and stores are bordering Gulf Shores in Foley. Night time fun for families. Going to The Hangout during the day or night is a blast. Long walks down nearly secluded beaches in early mornings or before dark is a must.

* Parking Fee $42 is for 1 Vehicle for Entire Stay & Pass will be in condo. If a 2nd vehicle is coming a 2nd pass will need to be purchased at office for $42 next to our condo and paid by credit card only.
