Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our room at the Phoenix III was very clean. The people at the service desk were courteous and professional. It seemed like this condo was strictly used as a rental because the typical owners closet was unlocked and empty. Only a few things need to be addressed to give this unit a 5 star rating: new paint through-out(paint on shower wall was peeling bad; new microwave(couldn't set the cook time...had to press predetermined cook times like popcorn or bake potato to use; washing machine had an extremely loud whine when going through rinse cycle; recliner needs replaced. Like I said the room was very clean and we had a great view of the beach and gulf from the 11th floor. We would stay at this condo again.
