Julia was an excellent host! Her place is beautiful and it’s obvious that she takes care of her place. The king bed is very comfortable and the first floor walkout patio was perfect for a quick run to the beach. Thank you Julia for sharing your place with us!

We really enoyed our stay here! This condo is in a great location, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has all the essentials and then some. We really appreciated having covered parking.Julia is delightful and so easy to work with. She is responsive, flexible, and made everything super easy for us. Host is great and easy to work with. The property is very nice and has what’s needed for a beach condo. It’s a bit small for multiple adults, but would probably be fine for parents with small kids. It’s an easy walk to the beach, but the downside of being on the first floor is you can’t see the ocean from the patio. The second bedroom is very tight and there’s no room to unpack. All the appliances are modern and up to date, and the wine fridge is a really nice touch!

Wonderful unit. Well stocked with kitchen ware, nicely decorated, comfy unit. Whenever we had a question, the host was on top of it - I never had to wait for anything! I'd recommend it to others and I'd stay there again.

Great communication with host. Very clean and beautiful condo right on the water! We had a great trip and a great time.

The condo was very nice. Great location, right on the beach. One small issue was the bathtub in the smaller bathroom. It wasn't clean and the water didn't drain properly. That could be easily remedied, but we shouldn't have had to deal with that. The kitchen and coffee bar were very nice.

Hands down the best beach rental we've stayed at in Ocean City, to date! The unit is in great shape and the renovations are beautiful. The unit is also super functional with the extra bar area, various seating in the living/kitchen area, ample closet space, and pre-stocked items. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy beachfront access and spending our mornings/evenings chilling on the patio. Ideal location between walking distance to the beach and Coastal Highway attractions, dining, etc. We came to OC for a tournament so having easy access to 90th bridge was also super convenient. The owner is a pleasure to work with and communicates quickly. Overall, we spent the week comfortably enjoying our stay and were sad to see our stay come to an end. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely condo and stay! Clean, updated, and well appointed. The host quickly responded to our questions. We loved how close to the beach it is and that it’s a short walking distance to a small grocery store (Rick’s Market) and plenty of restaurants. We also appreciated it being ground floor and easily accessible for vehicle loading/unloading and hauling our gear to and from the beach. Hope we can return for another stay in the future!

Our family really loved this condo. It’s super clean and plenty of space for our family. Convenient location and access to beach. We are all really looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again to our great hosts!

Everything with our rental was extremely smooth. Julia was super awesome and accommodating, even letting us check in earlier since we were only staying for two days. She also went out and bought ice cube trays and filled them for us before we arrived because the icemaker wasn’t working and couldn’t be repaired before we arrived. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Had a great stay Memorial Day weekend and even with the crowds towards the boardwalk we had peace and quiet on our end of the beach. Had enough room for our family of five so that everyone had their own spot to hang out. Would definitely stay again.
