On-Site Beach Access: Walkable Gulf Coast Retreat

Loved this colorful and well stocked condo right on the beach. Just peep around the corner and there's the ocean. Master bed was super comfy. Second bedroom too small for two people, but our kids were fine with the pull out bed in the living room. Coffee shop with great pastries just across the street. Easy in and out to the entire Tampa area.

Was a great area that we love to stay in. Unfortunately there was a cold spell and couldn't get the furnace on. Overall the place was clean & stocked with everything you would need for the beach.

Very clean and well taken care of. Only issue is that there is no smoking anywhere on the entire property, not sure we realized that in advance.

We had a great time at this condo! It’s just a few steps from the beach and across the street from Crabby Bills and an amazing ice cream place! The condo is a little dated but that’s to be expected for the age and use over the years! Everything worked great and didn’t have a complaint except you can definitely hear the traffic, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the area for you! A simple fan or noise machine app solved that for us! Loved all the beach accessories and they were definitely put to use! Was able to reach out to the owner and do early check in with us arriving early in the day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

The apartment itself is very DIY. There is duct tape keeping the window together. But the proximity to the beach is amazing.

Perfect location with several options for restaurants within walking distance. I’ve cream shop right across from apartments. CVS within walking distance for convenience. Very close to the beach, not a walk at all. Will be booking here again!

The location was great! Bathroom smaller than pictures showed but it worked for a few days! Parking was a limited and not easily accessible. Need more signs to make sure that beach goers and restaurant patrons dont park in reserved spot.

Could not ask for a better place...steps from the beach (and is not a crowded area due to it being mostly residential). Bathroom was tight and needed updates, but overall a nice beach condo!

Obviously from the hurricane damage there is a little work yet to be done. The unit was ideal for this elderly couple to enjoy the fantastic beach.

Our three night stay, Feb 17-20, 2025 was positive. This unit is a little dated, but was clean and as advertised. The building is beachfront, but this unit is on the backside, which we knew, but it allowed us to be practically beachfront at a cheaper cost. Fully stocked with beach chairs etc, my only real complaint was that there wasn’t a toaster!

We did a quick weekend trip and everything was great. The place was clean and well equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, cooler and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has regular and pod coffee makers and there was even coffee and all the supplies needed! The location was awesome, a few steps from beach and right across street from restaurants and CVS. You will hear daily music from Crabby Bills but we loved the atmosphere. This was a great place for a weekend getaway, would def stay again!!

We stayed during the week of July 4th. When we arrived, the condo was very welcoming-the place was tidy. It was smaller than imagined, but cozy. The shower leaked every time one of us got in it, but we put towels down and just rolled with it. I think it’s because of the style of door. I saw a lot about noise from Crabby Bills…it was not disturbing at all to us nor my three kids (9, 6, 1). Check in and out process is clear and there’s effective communication regarding entry information and all other. The convenience of beach toys, floats, fishing gear, and chairs was top notch!

Everything was fantastic! Nice, clean condo, plenty of supplies, great location. Outside of property could use a little daily maintenance such as hosing off sidewalks and stairs to help with sand tracking into the condo but other than that it was pretty much perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
